“Ramires? You ask me about Joao Mario’s desire to play and now you’re putting forward the arrival of another player who could take room away from the Portuguese...”

“Do you want to make it worse for my player? If we can improve somewhere, it’d be good to do so, but it’s not easy to find better players than the ones I have in my squad. ” - Luciano Spalletti

He kinda dodged it, so I guess Ramires is coming. Brace yourselves :D

or it means that JM goes and Ramires comes.

I doubt JM will be sold in January.

Except, perhaps, if we can LOAN swap Pastore with him + options to buy for each

I will be surprised if he stays. Seems like he's Spalletti last choice for the midfield, even medicore Brozo is playing before him, and he wants to play beacuse there is WC in the summer. I wish we will get Pastore for him, Pastore is much better player at the moment and more important, he's more suitble for our tactics.

Getting Ramires and Pastore will make our midfield much stronger than today. We need another CB (I will take Bastoni before Mangala or Vermalen), and than we'll have great squad.

Ramires to Inter hits a snag

Inter may have hit a snag in their move for Ramires, as Jiangsu Suning don’t want to lose him for the start of the Super League season.

The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a loan move to the Nerazzurri, as both clubs are owned by Suning Group.

It’s expected that the former Chelsea midfielder will arrive in December, before registering in January for a loan until the end of the season.

However, Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Chinese club don’t want to be without Ramires for the start of their season, which begins in March.

Calcio-comedy :D

The reason I like the Bastoni deal is because its one for the future. He is apparently a talented kid, and is loaned back to the right club who will slowly develop him and he may even become a starter once Caldara leaves.

Why would we fuck all that up by getting him at Inter early? He is just 18 and isn't even among Atalanta's top 3 CBs at the moment, still plays more for their Primavera than their senior team. What makes you think he is ready for Inter?

IMO we should let Bastoni be where he is for the next 2 years as planned. He is not an option for the 3rd CB we need in January. We need someone who is ready now. I do agree with you that Mangala or Vermalen are poor options. Surely we can find a decent option. If nothing else, maybe we can go after a highly rated kid with some Serie A experience like Alex Ferrari or Filippo Romagna.

no way he comes here he has captained Rubes youth side for a while..... looks like we are heavily linked with issa diop who I think could be interesting here. He has already captained Toulouse and hes only 20

After Ramires showed his desire to go to Inter, there are many reports about his coming. Mario Giunta, Sky sport journalist, just twitted that there is confidence about this deal.

Capello: ‘Ramires? It’s not up to me…’

Jiangsu Suning Coach Fabio Capello says Ramires would be “a great reinforcement” for Inter, but “it depends on many factors”.

The Brazilian midfielder has been heavily linked with the Nerazzurri, and said today that he would “be happy to go to Inter”.

Both clubs are owned by Suning Group, so the Beneamata hope to take him on what would essentially be a free loan until the end of the season.

“We’re waiting for him at pre-season training,” Capello told Sky.

“He’s a very serious lad who works hard, he’s not a suprise.

“Inter? He’s very strong, he’s important for us. If he stays in China with us we’ll be happy, if he goes to Inter I think he’ll be a great reinforcement.

“It depends neither on Inter nor on us, but on many factors, like Financial Fair Play.

“I feel Inter’s problems, but I also want to reinforce Jiangsu.

“He’s a [Ngolo] Kanté, very good tactically and very dynamic. Compared with Kanté he’s even more of a goalscoring threat, he’s a player of absolute quality.”

We could use that and he publicly expressed his wish to come.

I don`t see why Suning would not protect their investment in INTER, it only makes sense to do everything possible to secure a top4 finish. This would not even be an expensive operation while they could brag on about it afterwards how a player from the Chinese league added quality to a top Serie A team.

Hahahah listen to this. Ramires to Inter ok but a problem with salary because he's earning 10 million a year..........from the same owner. So Suning is giving Ramires 10mill a year in China but isn't willling to give a big player a good salary to come over here. Shit's a farce

Inter fly out for Ramires
By Football Italia staff

Inter directors are flying out to negotiate with Jiangsu Suning for the loan of midfielder Ramires.

The 30-year-old Brazilian has said he is open to making the transfer to San Siro, while Jiangsu Coach Fabio Capello noted “it depends on many factors, like Financial Fair Play.”

According to Sky Sport Italia, Frederic Massara, the right-hand man of Suning chief Walter Sabatini, is expected in Spain tonight to meet with Jiangsu Suning and Ramires in their Marbella training camp.

Both Inter and Jiangsu Suning are owned by the same company, Suning Group, and Sabatini was appointed to co-ordinate the two clubs.

I don't know how good Ramires is anymore, but stylistically I don't really think he's what we need in midfield. We need someone who can unlock opposing defenses with a good pass or shield our defense so that our box-to-box midfielders have more freedom to attack. Ramires is just another box-to-box midfielder.

We all know spalletti barely uses pure DM or pure CAM since his Roma days, putting Nainggolan as the AM (his natural was b2b). He wants every midfielder has attacking and defending duties.. He even dumped Ever Banega our only creative CAM and replace him with Vecino.. Ramires and Rafinha are the types of Spalletti’s transfer

Note: where is Rafinha’s thread ?

Suning gives green light for loan deal. Let's loan the physically imposing Hulk Givanildo Vieira de Souza too while we're at it.

I’m confused. Did Suning give green light to themself? Like seriously, if we really want Ramires why does it take so long, should’ve been able to finalize the deal before even the mercato opens, what’s the use of having a club brother? Just sign him and move on to the next.

Haha yeah is Sabatini basically negotiating with himself and checking for the green to buy and sell Ramires. Surely this should not take this long

Both those clubs are marketing instruments for suning!! So it s quite obvious they dont wanna just upset their fans in china which is still their main market!
Imagine how we would feel if it s the other way around and how much suning would get bashed if they just loaned out our best players to their other team.
So obviously suning atleast has to give the impression that they care the same about both clubs.
