For me, this game confirmed what I thought before, which is that we should sign him over Cancelo, if it comes down to that choice. Rafinha is the one who can lift the game of the whole team, is able to drive forward and his intelligence sticks out like a sore thumb in this team. He is way too good for us and that's obvious.

Not only that, but even when he doesn't have the best of games, you can at least tell that he is trying to make the right decision and he actually knows what he wants, while also having a winning mentality.

I was thrilled watching that scene. Dragging Lemos off the pitch for time wasting and then pulling Icardi Karamoh and D'Ambrosio back into the match to resume play. Instant legend.

He's done it before, but this was the match for me that made it clear that Inter need to redeem this player. Dude was the life blood of the team for the last 20 minutes. Only one with the cojones to effectively respond to the adversity and lead the team forward.
