I saw a footage of him pumping up curva nord after celebrating karamoh goal. Cant remember the last time I saw our players done it lately. To do it just a week he has been here.. this man deserves every penny.

I like how he basically screams at his teammates to give him the ball

Yeah this is my favorite part about him too. When he's on the pitch he demands to be part of the play, we need someone with that attitude. Too many of our players are too passive. He's aggressive and wants to dictate the play.

I'm all for this kid starting and showing us what he can do in a full 90 minutes. Just needs to get fit enough. He's coming back from a very serious injury. Not worth it to risk it IMO he's going to eventually start and begin tearing it up for us.

Just rewatched highlights of his game. So impressed. The guy hardly ever makes a wrong pass. I don't think he's fast but the way he glides past players is impressive.

My favorite plays were when he gets past 3 players and perfectly sets up Karamoh one on one and there was another play when he back heels the ball brilliantly after being cornered by 2 guys and wins the foul.

We really needed this type of midfielder.

What I like most about him is his intelligence. He know what passes he make, where to find his teammates and creating space in the final third. The likes of Brozovic, Vecino, and Gagliardini are unable to do that and Valero doesn't have the legs. If we can get him and Torriera, our midfield will jump to best in Serie A.

Yea If Lazio, Roma, Napoli and Juve stop existing or somehow go to serie B

When you see him with a ball you can sense urgency, intelligence, creativity, hunger and then he passes to Gagliardini or Brozovic and you can sense lethargic, uninterested behavior. I feel so bad for this guy.

Right now he's on a loan. If we activate his option, can he still refuse to sign for Inter, or is that not possible once we decide to make the move permanent?

If I were him I'd already have called a lawyer to see about it.

You don’t need a lawyer to know option to buy is an agreement between the clubs and has no bearing on the player.

Thats why there is player’s contract as well as transfer agreements.

If Rafinha wants to join us purely for starting minutes, he has plenty of options available. Last time I checked, Cessena, Verona could do with a player like him and provide a better environment for him to grow.

No point coming to a marathon club where distance covered is the only important stat around here.

Depends on if the loan agreement he signed with Inter they already agreed on wages and years if the option is activated or not.

I think loans + option to buys already have the contract in place with the player if he club activates the option. Not 100% though.

When I watch him play, I feel like he is 5 steps ahead of anyone in our team.

Against Genoa, there was an instance when literally 5 of our players were standing with no movement, and Rafinha was the only one running asking for the ball.

He is so far ahead of any of our midfielders, that it's painful to watch.

I'm curious whats in his mind when watching Gags, Valero and Vecino play with all shitty pass and terrible first touch? His quality + technical ability compare to all our midfield combined are day n night

Yes, of course they do. Without a player contract, that the option is worthless. That is the reason we have never heard of a club activating an option only for the player to turn it down.
