out of curiosity, if you were a player being called up that has played a few games, would you feel more important for being called up, or less important because you get called up with some young bucks lol. Any way, we mite still win by a few goals with this team, only cuz we are inter, and we have prooved so far that winning can be accomplished with everyone on our team.

I wouldn't feel more important, just happy to get my chance in the first team whatever the conditions are.

Last weekend PSV played their worst home-match since 1993. We should have lost with 8-0 or even worser. We got out-played by Roda JC and lost with 4-2. Luckily we had Gomes!. Gomes gave a "critic" interview about the PSV management and his contract negotations. He said he will not extend his contract if nothing changes. Well, PSV fans sang to him the entire match, even when we where 4-0 behind. It could be that the "Gomes-Show" was one of the reasons that we played terrible, but I don't care. Ehh, what more... Your are interested in Aissati, and before the match some people from Inter will talk about a possible transfer. PSV "offered" Inter about Aissati because PSV don't want to sell him to Ajax. He will cost around 5M euro's, nothing for one of europeans biggest talents. Because he doesn't want to extend his contract.

Our team plays some great matches and some terrible, as against Roda JC.
Our best players are Afellay, Gomes and Salcido. Koevermans, our topscorer might be injured for the match against Inter.

The overal opinion in the Netherlands is that we will lose (ofcourse ). But they still have little hope on a miracle. And a real miracle is needed to reach the second round. Because we need to win, and Fener may not win against CSKA. And I don't see that happen unfortunately. But we're just not good enough for the CL this year. Uefa Cup is our level. But winning the league last year with only 1 goal was a bigger miracle, so it's possible

A very young team, average age around 23 years and with Simons as the only 30+ player. In our Hiddink period it was the guys (PSV) vs the boys (ajax). That was our weapon, and that's gone onfortunately. We have a very talented team, but we don't have a real leader anymore since Cocu left to Qatar.

If we win we will write history. Only one team (Dynamo Kiev) managed to get third twice with 10 points. If PSV will win against Inter, and Fener will win against CSKA, PSV will be the second team to have that "nice" record .

I don't think we'll field a team like this. We want to honour the match and there is much at stake for PSV and even Fenerbahce may depend on the result of this match. So Mancini will probably field the best team possible, although he might rest some key players.

With the players we know for sure is ready, I'd say:

Maicon-Rivas-Materazzi-Maxwell
Zanetti-Chivu/Cuchu-Solari
Jimenez (if not ready, Bolzoni and 4-4-2 hopefully)
Crespo-Suazo

Cordoba is an alternative and we might rest Maicon, though I think not. I think either Chivu or Cambiasso will rest, but if Jimenez isn't fit and Mancini doesn't dare to play Bolzoni, Chivu and Cuchu will make up the 3 with Capitano and Solari as "1".

I don't think any other youngster than Bolzoni has a decent chance on starting. But then again you never know!

Crespo and Suazo for start for sure... Give Maxwell, Matrix and Rivas the start. Dont know if Jiminez and Deki can make this one but I def think we should rest Cambiasso, Chivu, JC.

One of the few predictable ones... with player needing to rest and few options avaliable. Shame that Burdisso cant play otherwise he will definitely feature in this one.

Who else is a winger? Bolzoni also played on the right wing in the match Inter - PSV, he is able to play there. We dont have many choice either.
Its time for Crespo to play, i rather see him with Cruz in atack, Suazo can come in later since Mancini always subtitute a atacker.
Rest would be nice for every player, but we wont go to Eindhoven to lose, we are going there to win, i hope Mancini prefer to see Fenerbahçe go trough instead of PSV. So Cambiasso and Zanetti must just play, also because they always want to.......i cant imagen Zanetti or Cambiasso want rest, they want to play every match possible.
I guess also Julio Cesar will just start in goal.

I don't think we'll play 4-4-2. If we do it will be either Solari (right) and Maxwell (left) on the wings or Zanetti (right) and Solari (left). Also, I don't see Rivas as a RB, though I might be wrong. He seems a bit too clumsy for Mancini's taste. I think Maicon will be RB. But I really hope Mancini dares to start Bolzoni.

Rivas-Materazzi will be CBs, positively.

If 4-4-2 I want the same team with Zanetti-Bolzoni-Cuchu-Solari as midfielders. I don't think many youngsters are prone to play more than some few minutes at the end. Bolzoni is the exception, but I might be wrong of course.
