He's aggressive pressing and tackling/defense, but offensively, has not been ball dominant, even at Cagliari. He'd need to be more of that here. Or Conte will need to swap barella/sensi's roles so that the more ball dominant player is more advanced in CM.

He will need to get more comfortable receiving with his back and turning which is something Sensi already does very well. They are different midfielders though.

Overall we just look like we don’t want to get out of 2nd gear today. A lot more back passes and a lot more touches for Handa then we’ve seen so far this preseason. Maybe that’s just due to how deep Valencia sit on defense.
