Besides that the important things in this match are two things: To avoid injuries and win in order to boost the player´s confidence. Waiting for the official squad selection...

I think Mancio should start with the best team possible. The only change I'd make would be Vieri for Adriano (obviusly) and Emre for Veron. I'd like to see how the little Turk can perform in the middle, and if it's a problem that him and Davids are both short.

We can draw some minor conclusions regarding this. I am pretty sure now that Canna ain´t going anywhere.

I´m honestly starting to wonder if we really are planning to keep Lamouchi with the squad. Called up once again when he is supposed to join a new team in any day now. Will he stay? I wouldn´t be surprised.

Ventola's last chance, surely.

YES!!! Cannavaro is there. I agree with Jimmy. It seems he is staying now... :stuckup: But why is Lamouchi there? So Canna barely got 2 months rest then, let´s pray it´s enough for him to get rid of his tibia problems. If you wanna read more about tibia injuries go here.

After I found out they had info on a possible transfer of Lamo to Genoa I immediately visited there official site in shear anticipation! Here is what I found guys:

I'm assuming that Toldo, Adriano, J.Zanetti, Cordoba, Favalli, Materazzi, Davids, Stankovic, Emre, Karagounis, Martins and Recoba are all called for international duties.

I'm wondering where is Cristiano Zanetti and Andy Van der Meyde. Vieri has some kinf of influenza (according to channel4) so that's why Bobo's not there. But where are Cristiano and Andy? Why Mancini didn't call them?

I hope that Jimmy's suggestion regarding Cannavaro will happen and he remains with us. Lamouchi situation seems odd. Maybe he's not going cause no one can pay his wages. (maybe he wants to stay at Inter and get good money more than play )

I wish I could be so relieved about Canna being called up but I'm not, Lamouchi is there too and he's a goner.

This game with Fiorentina is going to be simply training, it won't mean anything really, with so many youngsters in the squad.

And with all the youth players I expect us to loose. And please don´t blame Mancio´s training methods then... He got us in CL, al right! That result alone makes his training methods acceptable IMO.
