i dont care if he stays or goes, i just want someone that is good at selling shit we dont want. I've had it with this bullshit loans. Sell this cancers for half the price, I dont care, just get rid of them.
The same guy was reporting couple weeks ago Ausilio is close to an extension so take it with a grain of salt.
Change for the sake of change? He is at this role for 6 years, not 15.
I don't give a shit about his current role, i m talking about his overall involvement. His first position in a club dates to 1998, and barring his little adventure in spezia that lasted two years, he always had some sort of function in this club...
@ firmino I don't see any issue with your second point. The one doesn't exclude the other. This isn't a case of black and while. Ausilio is neither perfect nor useless. He has made some really good deals but he has also made some really bad deals. He has also done a tremendous job meeting plusvalenza requirements without selling any starter.
I am not against replacing Ausilio with someone who has done great job elsewhere (e.g. Andrea Berta, Ralf Ragnick, Luis Campos etc.) but that guy can't be Faggiano who has simply done a decent job at Parma. Ausilio should be replaced only if there's someone better available. A change for the sake of it would be a mistake.
So if you have managed to get promoted to a senior role at your company you get to be blamed for things that happened whilst your most important task was to scan papers?
He was mostly in charge of the kids and scouting. If you had followed closely you'd see that this has been the only thing we have been world class at with no interruptions. Priorities and who to listen to was never big at Inter. The coach has always had more power than the "errand boys".

Again, i m not talking abut the blame here when I say we need a change, i m talking about the fact he is here since 1998 and it's time to move on and hire someone else, that's all.
If you want to talk about blame then that's the different issue and another argument where you could say he needs to go even if you look at those last six years you mentioned when he was in charge.
@Brehme
You are saying we have the best youth scouting etc and I'm tend to believe you but why isn't that for years we never get really good players from the Primavera. Off course you can never tell if a certain player will reach his full potential and in no way I'm trying to blame Ausilio for the lack of youth players but I'm sincerely curious about this subject. I know the mentality in Italy is different etc so it's an genuine question. Is he really only responsible for the U15 scouting and who is responsible for the scouting of ''older'' youth players?
