Here is a little story about Branca from Maicon's former agent: It was Orialli who discovered Maicon and JC and wanted them here and Branca was oposed to it because he didn't approve that Orialli was MM's advisor.So that's why after the treble MM got rid of Orialli instead of Branca...and it went down hill after that.
