I am playing it for a while now, and I can say it looks pretty, pretty good.

It is still way off for a right evaluation, as it needs to be played a lot more, but the first impression is very, very good. Also from other boards, people seem to be very satisfied with it.

Question: I changed Inter's line up, and it's fine offline, but online it reverts to the default line up. How can I save it? Anyone?

I've been playing Fifa's Be a pro season using Quaresma .

Somehow the computer kept getting cards, and the game always ended up as 10 v 11 or even 9 v 11. Not exactly fun if I have to play with a man down every game.

Not true it has most. Its mostly only epl teams which suffer from this. Last two years were fine if you were plying Inter.

i dont know if u guys live in teh US but PES in the US is garbage especially on the PS3 and XBox 360.....

Fifa is 100000000x better, good gameplay, amazing graphics, real teams, sponsors,players and its like watching the game live

PES looks like and plays just like PES 2003 I bought when I first got my ps2 that doesnt cut it any more

the best game is Fifa world cups I love those

After playing Pro Evo 09 demo, I have no doubts that Fifa is the more realistic game. I thought I'd be very tempted to buy Pro Evo as well, but it just feels to easy to play it. No challenge, it's like you have ages to move and think about your passes with pro evo. With Fifa, it's either first touch passes or you better watch out.

one of crappiest things that bother me in Fifa is that all the players are same, i can put cordoba upfront to play as striker and hes just like ibra, its freaking stupid, i can dribble with materazzi with same ease like quaresma or ibra. While looking at PES you have realistic differences between players

Judging by the two demo's FIFA is still garbage imo. Nothing to do with real football.

I dont waste money on EA's overrated crap games generaly, and FIFA09 will be no exception.

PES is released in europe 17/10 btw. 2 weeks later in AU and 2 more weeks later in US.

Can somebody playing FIFA09 help me out with Fifa Clubs and Leagues? How do they work? I have a club with a few people but I don't know what to do with it!! Others aren't online when I am, so... what?!?
Also the rating/points system is not clear to me at all.

Played PES 2009 today and it's a joke compared to FIFA. Shitty graphics, player movements look unrealistic and stiff, overall FIFA is a more realistic and better playing game.

Oh and I like how Konami has to copy EA's genius Be A Pro mode with their 'Become A Legend'.

Yeah you can become a legend and play for the ever popular Man Red FC!

We have to divide the two markets. PC and consoles.

When it goes to PC, it is PES all the way. Played both Fifa, and PES and PES is way better.

As for consoles I don't put my opinion, as it is not of concerne to me.

Agreed here. I have played both the fifa and pes on pc and pes wins. I have seen both on xbox 360 and on that platform fifa is better.

Just played FIFA 09, on my wii (love the control scheme), vs Roma and won 5-0. Must be a sign!.

Anyway, I haven't tried PES demo but it seems as FIFA will be the better one this year.
