Couple of wrinkles. I heard that happened due to a disagreement between us and the porto agents regarding the rates of pay (they wanted 18 mill in 2 years, we wanted to pay in 4).

To those who are still interested in the soap opera, Sport Time (SKY Italia's news program) says the difference is 2m Euros!

What I can't understand is how can the same TV channel keeps changing the figure like every 30 minutes?!

There's something wrong with this transfer and it seems that everybody is just bullshitting and misleading everyone.

But the facts remain the same. Quaresma is still at Porto and officially we have 1 day to close the deal. The weekend doesn't count since we can't register him, that is if he ever ends up being our player.

guys lol don't worry sky italia might have reported something but they could be wrong too the truth is no one knows wtf is going on right now and me personally expect to see it official after the samp game bs he wont play tomorrow fucking blows but hey better late then never as they say besides will be getting too see him get 6-10 goals and 25-30 assists no worries this guy will show why he's the best winger in the world and pretty soon a candidate for the ballon'd'or.

Fumata grigia per Quaresma. Tra Inter e Porto c'è ancora una differenza economica di circa 3-4 milioni di euro. Lo rivela Sky. La richiesta dei lusitani è di 25 milioni di euro più Pelè. La sensazione però è che alla fine l'affare si farà. Domani Porto e Inter scendono in campo ma i dirigenti delle due società resteranno in contatto. In Portogallo sono convinti che lunedì può essere la giornata giusta per chiudere. Ottimismo anche a Palazzo Durini.

I thought the 6-10 goals was pushing it but 25-30 assists that's ALOT. I hope you're right on all three though!

Well he can arrive in Milan on a Saturday or a Sunday for his medical. That will be official enough for me.

Ronaldo to Real started in the beginning of June and finished by end of July.

Kaka to Chelsea started in mid july, then dissapeared, then came again. But no one ever took it seriously.

Lampard to Inter began as soon as we signed Mourinho, beginning of June and finished in mid July.

Robinho to Chelsea just started 2-3 weeks ago.

Adebayor to Milan also only lasted for a month.

Ronnie to Milan move completed with in two months.

Amauri to Jube was one in the first couple of weeks of transfer season.

Daniel Alves's issue also got solved with in a few weeks.

Tutto Mecato Web this morning confirmed that Quaresma has a reservation in a well know Milan hotel. That means the deal is done but hasn't been made official because of technicalities.

They also reconfirm the news from last night about a disagreement in payment terms, and have more details: Inter want to pay 18 mil in 4 years, Porto want 18 mil in 2 years. No mention of a difference in price.

I personally believe that payment terms are just a formality; If price was decided, then it's stupid to argue over how to pay. In fact, imagine if this deal DOESN'T go through because they couldn't agree payment terms even though everything else was decided. That's just stupid.

I think even if the club can't afford to pay in 2 years, Moratti CAN personally make sure it happens using his financial network. This deal will be done.

The guys on interfans are saying, it could be done already on thursday, but we want to play all our cards before resigning and giving Pele to them. In other words, we're trying to struck the deal without selling Pele to them, maybe only loan. That's why the deal isn't done yet.

Finalmente è fatta. Inter e Porto hanno trovato l'accordo per il trasferimento al club nerazzurro dell'esterno porotghese Ricardo Quaresma. Il giocatore sarà a Milano già domani. Some variables remain the same such as "deal is done", and "Quaresma will be in Milan tomorrow" but the figure just keeps changing. Now it's 25mln plus Pelé.
