People should stop reading whatever this guy has to say. He's good and nothing against him as a person.

But it's reached a point where anything he says comes across as extremely pretentious. It's even more amazing in the days when footballers are PR machines, he outperforms the best out there in the PR-front.
I mean he’s allowed to enjoy watching Barella imo he’s a pretty unique footballer.

Predictably, he looked a little out of it today. I’d give Frattesi the start against Salzburg. Barella needs to collect himself.

His head is obviously somewhere else. Hope he overcome whatever it is, soon as possible. When Barella flies Inter does it too.

Guys barely had a rest tbh. I think starting him from the bench at home against Salzburg would be a good idea. Especially with the run of games we have coming up.

I hope Inzaghi thinking the same which I doubt.

The french commentator during the Torino game said that Barella and Hakan were the only Inter starters who played both international matches as starters.

Fun fact: the last 4 yellow cards Barella received in Serie A were for dissent. The last time he was booked for a foul was matchday 19 last season lol.

Both of the yellow cards he received this season were for dissent, and he was booked by the same referee (Fiorentina and Torino).

Between last season and this season so far, he has 8 yellow cards, 6 of which were for dissent.

Had some good moments, but some of his decisions this season makes me wonder if he is actually placing bets on Inter games.

He needs to calm down. He knows that he is playing poorly, but he tries to put the blame on his teammates mostly. Calm down, focus on your game and the results will come.

He keeps channeling his inner Obamefi Martins. It’s okay - we all do sometimes

Hey, he didn't get a yellow and his frustration level was kept in check. So a good outing, I guess.

So we should check the referees before placing our bets on a Barella yellow.

Interesting data, thanks. He needs to sort his attitude out. He's too old to be this immature anymore tbh.

For this reason, I really don’t like Barella wearing the armband.

De Vrij, Hakan, Bastoni and even Dimarco make more sense.

If I had to pick amongst those names, Hakan would be my choice.
