Fuck EL, I don't care about this game with some savages of Asia. Baku is nearly 5,000 km from Milan and we have derby on Sunday. I hope that our main squad will remain in Italy. Let's give a chance to reserve players, win 2:0 and come back home safely. My formation:

I'd go for this, but with Guaro instead of Mudingayi to see if he can get back in shape and Zanetti instead of Jonathan because Jonathan is Jonathan.

Hard to pick a lineup for this one. On one hand the fitness level of some players is questionable yet we need to keep players fresh for the derby.

Firstly, we should definitely continue with our 3 back system. Handanovic should definitely play, as should Juan, but I'm not against Chivu playing or some method which rests one or maybe even both of Ranocchia / Samuel.

I'd like to see Obi and or Mudingayi but who knows whether they can handle starting a match. Alvarez needs to play a good chunk of the match and I hope Livaja starts. Cassano is the one in particular who I want to see rested. Guartard should get a start too. He needs to find some form, may as well try against Neftci.

lol, exactly. And Palacio isn't going to Baku also. GdS says that Cassano would need some rest too, but it would leave only Cou and Livaja for our attack, so he's probably going (well, maybe he will be on the bench).

There were some speculations, that Cambiasso can be rested also.

They should be our bench but let's not say we won till we actually won. We aren't exactly qualified in our group. I prefer to beat Milan then this team but we need to win both. Our 2nd string should be more than enough to beat this team. We might need to change formation tho. I don't really see us having the players available to play with 3 in the back without playing our starters.

Periera, Guarin, Palacio that should be enough to beat this team.
