If i had the knowledge to do it, i'd post a slow motion video to show you guys what we are doing, pardon, what players aren't doing when there is a transition from defense to attack. They just wait for each other. They don't run, the player with the ball looks around, and the others run slowly like noone is expecting the ball.

I swear ever fucking single time. But i guess you all see that and know that. And then the player with the ball complains because there are no options, usually that is Brozovic, who doesn't even look for a solution. Add to that the fact that Nainggolan can't receive the ball without it going 2 metters from him, and you have such a disaster of a team. I don't even know how we play in seria A anymore!

Being sarcastic is not necessarily mocking other people, but its about their positive arguments regarding him. A lot of people here want to stay for next year and talk about no other good coaches being available and others blame the players more than him.

I'm not sure I agree. This was an argument during the season because it's difficult to find quality managers at that time (mostly because all the good ones are already employed and aren't gonna jump teams midseason), but during the off-season? Not so much, I wouldn't think. I wasn't pro-Spallo getting sacked during the season, but he along with at least 2/3's of the roster can jump in a hole for all I care starting eight days from today.

And, frankly, a topic for a different thread, but this is part of the reason I didn't mind the Marotta appointment. We've got a rotten foundation at this club. Change out the players, change out the manager all you want, but the problems have run deeper for some time now. We need a retooling everywhere you look.
