Not always, but I trade for positional advantage. I like to develop and advance pawns. In a less clogged up environment and it works for me.

I could take it a few notches faster, but my internal processing system is a bit abnormal so others wouldn't enjoy it

French Defense: Exchange Variation. Some mistakes were made on my part, mainly allowing him to put a pressure on my King's side, but I was lucky with his crucial mistake at the end.
