I use Chess Network to fall asleep. Agadmator actually got me back into chess after a 15year hiatus.Hey Dave thanks for sharing and sorry to hear about your MRI. Chess will help and it's also a beautiful game.
I'm around 1840+ and will even go as low as 1500 if I don't keep playing or do puzzles for a while.
Would recommend you also check out the puzzles because they will help your in a passive way where you're not pressured for time.
Also Gotham is okay and the biggest channel on youtube but I would suggest https://www.youtube.com/@ChessNetwork if you really want to learn. Agadmator is also great (he's got playlist or sagas for a bunch of players from the past that you might like)
Wish you all the best
what's your username?Three Knights Opening: Steinitz Defense.
The guy messaged me at the end "I can't believe, I'm losing to such a boring player". Like he is Tal, Fischer or Magnus

I can’t stand the Philidor. Seems like such a 19th century opening.
Well played, though playing c2-c4 instead of castling really hurt you. Blocked in your bishop and rook while leaving your king exposed.
Do you know Agamator? His YouTube channel has some great breakdowns of historical matches.Fischer-Taimanov, 1-0. 1971. Sicilian Defense.
It helps to follow their moves. What I would play, what did they play. Great ending for Fischer. he exchanged his bishop for 2 pawns at the end.

Wait, it was interesting that the match was played, if I waited...cool
Interesting how often the pawn storm decides this matches for the white.
