I never miss MotoGP. It was amazing. One of the best championship in years. It's 4 pilots for the world champion's title.

Rossi, 28points from the Championship lead broke his leg and just had successful surgery on it..

He's going to miss a few races atleast :| man this week just keeps getting worse.

Such a pity... But I hope that he takes this time to think about this season: he had many good moments but overall both Marquez and Dovizioso were better than him. Unfortunately, time flies by and he's not young anymore.

He should understand that if he wants to try one last time to win the title, he has to change training methods, and for one season focus on the title and the title only.

And for the love of god, he should quit enduro training and the likes, that's the second time this year that he hurts himself like this.

Anyways, Forza Vale.

He just hasnt been comfortable on the Yamaha in recent years and spoke about it again.. Vinales has done well on it but even then sometimes he's struggled on it too and it cost them.

I read in an interview they were testing next years bike and it's quite a bit better and he likes it. This year's championship title will be out of reach when he returns, so hopefully he comes back better.

It's a shame because he was having a good run and did well in the last race, just the bike let him down near the end of the race.

Well, Forza Dovizioso at this point, he deserves the title this year.

I wish Dovizioso luck, he deserves the title. But as for me, I'm "monogamous", for every sport I follow I only cheer one person/team. :eek:blivious:

Marquez wins the championship again..

Factory Yamaha's bike and engineers suck. So inconsistent it's unbelievable. Even today Rossi eased past Iannone and Rins and was just behind the top 3 hitting fastest laps, then a few laps in the rest just blew away from him. Honda and Ducatti are far ahead for Rossi to compete for the Championship.

Also that choke from Dovizioso :yao:

Two races in a row Marquez gets beaten in the last turn of the race

Anyone see the race? Rins with a masterclass in the last 2 laps to set up that pass just before the finish line. He won by literally 0.013 seconds.

MotoGP is back boys :slick:

Quartararo won and Marquez crashed out and broke his arm, which could potentially take him out for at least one or two races and might actually make it competitive this season.

Hopefully Rossi can get the bike sorted because Vinales and Quartararo on the Yamaha were great but Rossi wasn't quite with it and had to retire due to mechanical issues.

i'm afraid rossi's problem is not his moto, but his age. of the other 3 yamaha drivers, 2 have finished first and second (quartarato and viñales), the third one (morbidelli) fifth.

before going out, rossi was around the 8th-10th position.

as for marquez, his injury means we will probably have a battle for the title open to the very end.

Yeah it all depends on how long Marquez is out for though. I mean he went off the track towards the back of the grid and within 17 laps was about to overtake Vinales for 2nd place before he crashed. That Honda is made perfect for him and it's going to take some performance from the Yamaha teams and riders to build a big lead on him before he comes back.

As for Rossi, I think he definitely has not been the same for a few years now, but he is a lot better than this. He is still having issues with the braking on the bike as he said himself, so I hope he can sort this out. I'm still salty about those years back around 2015/16 where the Spanish stuck together and Rossi got screwed over, and I just wanna see him win a GP and possibly challenge for the title one last time.

Rossi's been putting in some good performances in the last few races and wasnt far off the Championship.

Unfortunately he crashed out in the last two races, but yesterdays one was so sad to see because he genuinly had the race pace to compete for 1st place but crashed out in 2nd :palm:

I still have hope he can win the title one more time.

Hopefully he will have more luck next year with Petronas.

I really like Bagnaia, hopefully he will get a better moto one day

It's such a shame that the Petronas Yamaha's are slowest bikes on the grid. Last year they were great, but Rossi and Morbidelli haven't even had a chance to compete at the top properly.

It's gonna be a sad day when he retires man.. He's been my idol since I was a little kid.

Valentino Rossi announced his retirement from the sport at the end of the season. 😭

You will be missed champ.

It's because he found out I just got my first bike last week
