The Spanish league is red hot this year...
There are 5-6 teams that can upset each other, and a number of other decent teams that can do the damage.
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Valencia, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Zaragoza... And also Espanyol, Villarreal, Athletic Bilbao, Betis, Celta etc are quite good. Most competitive league imo.
The EPL is quite boring for me. It's always the same thing, only the way the goals are scored is different. Everything there is overrated. Handoyo has singled out the reason why people watch it.
Unlike the Serie A, the Premier League
has to have the best coverage, otherwise only a few people would watch it. While the Serie A has crap tv, but the demand never falls, as people prefer Italian football. For those that understand economics, there's no need to upgrade(higher costs) something that runs on low costs and gives around the same income as the possible upgrade
Serie A wouldn't be even near the top of competitiveness this year. We already won it
(unless we commit a number of suicides)
The Bundesliga was always my favourite to watch, for its football, fans and the whole atmosphere package in general. The players there are WAY underrated, but people always tend to forget that 2nd in 2002 and 3rd in 2006 world's team, has a team based domestically, and also has a nice catch of South Americans and Africans... It's one of the toughest leagues.
The Argentinian league is underrated as well, but I think it's too complex for people to understand. The two-championships per year confuses many people. I'm a River Plate fan ever since for many years now, and in the last two or three years I have finally the chance to watch them on a regular basis, and also get to watch the Argentine highlights programme. Argentinian football produces a great deal of players, and they usually are the players to watch in the coming years. Riquelme, Aguero, Tevez, Mascherano, Gago etc are a small figure of the talent the Argentine league produces. It's also very very competitive and has great derby games and superb atmosphere in games.
Brazilian league is even more complex than Argentinian, but it's very competitive from what I've heard. Most players in the Brazilian league are better than those in the English and French league
Brazilians rock!
