Definetly not a better way. Well, maybe if you win scudetto, and in the same time, you are relegating Milan with this defeat. I gues this is the only way that would be better :]

This game will be hard. I fell that, if Milan will score first, it will be like 10% of chances of getting back to this game. We are unable to controll the game now, and with 1-0 down, we would have to, and that will lead nowhere. Our best shot is counter-attacking and that's probably how our game will look like, with Milan keeping possesion.

They are in a very good form now, and we despite results are not playing too great. The results are the only good side here, and that is the one thing we can turn to.

Neverless as I said in Italian thread, odds are not everything in football. Milan has them on their side, but we can do it, after all we are italian champions aren't we ?

The draw would be already a good result to me, and I think this is our best bet in this game, and also for Fiora.

I really think we will loose this game. I feel like I know Inter a lot, and I dont know, there is just something about this game, that tells me we are gonna loose it. I also think that Fiorentina wont be able to win at al Calgiari. Call me a pessimist, but I can so see this happening.

I am pretty sure that we will win one of the last two games, to clinch the Scudetto.

A draw here would be a great result for us. I am reserving all prayers for Fiorentina winning their games.

Gotta say I am in the pessimistic bandwagon here and think we'll lose this match. After 2 pretty good performances against Atalanta & Fiorentina, we struggled against Torino & Cagliari. If the trend continues, it's unlikely that we'd be able to snatch a victory here. And btw, I HATE IT when Interisti or stupid media become complacent and talk sh!t like "This is gonna be the greatest day of my life because we're gonna win the Scudetto against Milan." Dammit, this kind of mentality is certainly what we need to avoid the most when it comes to the Derbies.

Anyways, Forza Inter, regardless what happens. :stress:

yeah guys stop talking about Inter winning and beating the shit out of BBilan and shit....all this talking gives me wired sensation of deja-vu..it's like all the post-Liverpool match is coming back. We should be humble. OF COURSE it would be a dream to clinch the Scudetto right in front of Milan and send them in Uefa packing...but we all know Inter too well....remember last season when we could win the Scudetto with a victory over Roma...did it happen?...no...we lost our first game of the season then.We almost screwed it up this season too ...against roma at home....so...don't forget that we have Mancio we have the "gift" of making even the easiest of things, hard to do....so FASTEN YOUR SEAT-BELTS,IT'S GONNA BE A BUMPY RIDE

Great to see the believe in our boys:rolleyes:.

I will be different and say we are going to win. Sure milan have been playing a bit better than us currently but the table never lies and 23 points clearly shows who is the superior side. We will lift for this game just like we did for the fiorentina game.

Everybody is different Stefan. First, I'm fan ofcourse, but I'm also trying to see things the way they are. I wouldn't be a fan if I would say that I won't be sitting by the TV and cheering our players to win, but I won't be a blind man walking either.

I really hope that our players will show their best, and our coach too. I'm pretty sure that we will be able to see Balotelli with Ibra for the first time. I'm ready to go to milan on my knees to ask Mancini play Jimenez instead of Stank...

For some people TIM cup is irrelevant, but for me is very important and has significant symbolic meaning. It was the first cup we get after a long drought. So, let's not forget the game against Lazio.

And i want our Primavera to get some exp in the last two games of Championship. So, we should win this game against Milan!

The vibes are really not encouraging at all .. kinda surprises me as Mancini has been one of the few coaches who has been able to neutralise Kaka to a great extent in the past 2-3 seasons (except his first season with us) ... and w/o Kaka, Milan's oxygen line is pretty much gone.

They might have scored a few goals lately, but then we are Inter.

Forza Inter

At this moment, the table couldn't lie more. Have you seen how Inter has played recently? Or at the year 2008? It's been abysmal, in contrary Milan has gather good form and they're really pushing for the 4th position.

I really hope Inter players flames into fire in this derby and can match Milan's hunger as they have it much more than Inter.

That's form which doesn't show which is the better team. Current form milan are better but overall quality they are not and the last 2 seasons has shown this. If Inter play to their potential they will win. With Mancini that's a question but I believe the boys will lift for the derby.

Just like the away game against Liverpool right ? :)

Milan indeed overall might not be as it was before, but I don't think we are such a superior side, that when they play better, and we play much worse than we used to, we are still better then them in the end. If we would, we would be now cheering our guys in Manchester.

If Milan would play as they did before, and we would play as we do now, you could say that. But there are 2 conditions here:
- we play crap,
- they play a lot better.

So with this 2 things in mind, we can't honestly think we have a decent shot at winning this one. Milan has probably like 2/3 for a win, and we have 1/3.

Let's just say we disagree on this one and Sunday will tell us who is right.;)

Crank the volume up and get pumped. Possible scudetto-clincher against our oldest rivals. Is there a better way to win a scudetto? I think not.... :interscarf:

One of the larger games in recent Inter history. Scudetto winning, (now that doesn't happen very often for us) and knocking the scum out of Champions league. what could be sweeter. It will definitely be memorable, one way or another. I have confidence in the better result, and sure hope that happens.

It feels like it's gonna be a derby to remember whatever the outcome.

We win: Scuetto, and if Fiorentina win at the same time Viola needs to take 2 points in two remaining games to clinch CL quals. Then unfold a banner that says: Shove the scudetto up our ass? That's poor class. Congratulations on Uefa cup!:D

We draw and Viola win. They would have to take 3 points in the remaining two matches to pip Milan for CL. If at the same time Roma draw against Samp away, we win the scudetto.

The worst scenario would obviously be we and Viola lose and Milan and Roma win, but the most fvcked up would be we lose while at the same time Roma lose, and we would still be crowned champions, after losing a derby! Ain't that fvcked up?

Imagine celebrating the scudetto while Milan celebrate their win at the same time. That would be so surreal.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to this match so bad, partly because I couldn't watch the last one due to computer malfunction.

If we take the right approach, which in my estimation would be a draw will do just fine, and put ALL the pressure on Milan days before the match, we could probably counterattack our way to a win or atleast a draw.

We don't need to win, they do. That should be our message in the media.

Lots of scenarios XL. Lets just hope we get atleast a draw and Fiorentina win their games. They have their destiny in their own hands. And all the good work they have done over the last few years boils down to tomorrow's game against Rangers and one on the weekend.

Well it will be the hardest derby in 2 years..It will also be the most i am worried about under Mancini...

Everone will agree that we need to contain Kaka.In addition to that Milan are ALWAYS good the first 15 minutes as they come out with their guns blazing and then the last 5 minutes where they throw everything upfront.

If we control those times in both halves and make the most out of our chances we should be fine..Statistically though and perfromance wise recently they are due for a win. That is why it will be so sweeeeeeeet for us to win.
