Loving Cancelo's performance, dude is so relaxed whenever he's on the ball and takes his time without rushing things, also being flashy with he how controls the ball and his passing, impressed by his composure really. Kind of disappointed with Rafihna's though, not sure if it's him or whenever he's on the ball in the middle there's not enough space for other players to move for him to thread a pass, either that or he's not trying hard enough and I'm leaning towards the former. Brozovic is not having the best of games but that's a given with his deeper role and the lack of space between the lines, hope he keeps at it and doesn't get too frustrated.

With regards to the offside goal, with all these new rule updates, I'm not so sure. Icardi's foot was clearly offside, but isn't offside call based on the body and not the foot?

let's not forget that var should be used in particular cases. and an extremely close off-side isn't among them, unless the var guy saw it live. so we have to accept it cause we really don't have an option but it's not like they did things properly.

it is always said that when in a doubt, off-side shouldn't be called. the reason being, to improve the show.

do they really have to resort to var guys watching videos for minutes in the hope of finding 2 centimeters of off-side?

it's not even just about this game. it's technically very debatable and, again, it is said (not by me, but by the referees' commissioner) that when in doubt, you don't call it.

No. Any part of the body you can score with. Icardi was 100% offside so we should all just move on and be fucking happy this shit is in place.

Rafinha was a disappointment to me. He's giving away (passing to team mate I mean) the ball too fast when he could dribble more with it. Or at least find good spaces to pass when he gives the ball away by using his speed.

Not saying there's anything wrong in keeping the ball well, that's what he does well but I'd want more from him.

My TV commentators are praising Brozovic big time and showing all types of stats and stuff. Aparently he had good passes, was all over the field and had two nice shots.

HOWEVER, there was one bullshit offside call too earlier, which would have sent Icardi's clear.

I think you guys are too pessimistic, we can't always play the perfect game but so far I'm quite satisfied at our overall performance.
