I don't know about missing on mkhi in this game. On paper our best midfield is brozo hakan barella but mhki imo with his safe approach gives us balance which could be crucial in a game where your opponent is just waiting to hit you on counterattack. Those three when on pitch at the same time tend to be reckless with their passing, and It's nice to have someone who plays it safe and runs like crazy as well. Think that's the way inzahgi thinks as well, hence the rest he gave mkhi in the last game.
The only doubt I would have is brozo or hakan, and I honestly don't know how to be smart there. Hakan still seems a bit rusty, which could be a huge problem in a potential high intensity game, meanwhile brozo despite gaining in fitness makes at least one serious mistake per game, he even did it against roma in our last game. That's a flip of a coin decision if there ever was one.
