Sign Malcom, Lobotka, Florenzi, and Rafinha.
Sell Vecino, and Eder
Send Karamoh out on a dry loan in Serie A
Pass on Dembele-- he doesn't seem to have the right motivation and the rumored price is high + guaranteed no resale value.

You can do it Piero. I believe in you.

Okay wtf. Some FFP bullshit? He's a Primavera striker or what?

Yes, dribblin` FFP all the way. Some investments do not count for the books, such as Youth Team transfers. We have received money from Genoa for Radu and Valietti before June 30, so now we are paying it back starting 2018-2019, while inflating Eddy`s price. I doubt he will explode at Primavera in such ways that clubs will be bidding 20m+ for him, so the buy-back clause is fine.

Henrichs pushing for Inter
By Football Italia staff

Inter transfer target Benjamin Henrichs has reportedly told Bayer Leverkusen he wants to leave this summer.

The 21-year-old is a right-back, but can also play on the left or in central defence, making him a valuable addition to any team.

According to reports in Germany, Henrichs has organised a meeting with the club hierarchy and is expected to request a move away from Leverkusen.

He came up through their youth academy and is under contract until June 2022.

Leverkusen recently signed Weiser from Hertha so this is hardly surprising. If we can't sign Vrsaljko or Florenzi, getting Henrichs on loan with option would be great. He's a much better choice than the likes of Darmian, Zappacosta and Vidal.
Meanwhile, Ferrero said Inter have offered Eder in exchange to Praet but he's against taking Eder back and Praet will leave only if there's a team willing to pay his release clause.

Im just pretending we all talk about Thorgan here, my brain cant take all of this nonsense at once.

No, Mino is talking about Eden here. He is smoking something delicious.

But anyway. If we have like something 100m to invest, maybe is not completely insane to forget about RB, DM or Malcom and go after SMS.
Offer to Lolito something like 30m and option to buy until 90-100m.

We could play 3-5-2 with Brozo-Ninja-SMS in midfield. Asamoah and Candreva as back wingers. Or 4-3-3 with Dumbo as RB.
Our central defense and central midfield would be world class. Frontline with Perisic-Icardi-Politano also very good.

Henrichs strikes me as exactly the type of player we would sign and bench due to not being ready for the league or some bullshit.

If we signed Malcom and Henrichs is Spalletti really going to play with two 21 year olds on the right flank? I just don’t see him doing it.

You are right, Henrichs would probably be a rotation player for his first season at Inter. But if we get him at a good price / option, he could be a decent solution for us. We have Dumbo to shoulder the responsibility of the starting role, so Henrichs could adapt to Inter/Serie A and develop with relatively low pressure. By the time he is 22-23, if he lives up to his potential he could become our starter. If not, we could pack his bags off and not take up the option, or if we have bought him for a low price we could sell him on. And I am not just talking about Henrichs in particular, any young potential RB can be an solution for us if he comes in cheap or on loan with option. This is allow us to focus our remaining funds for a serious upgrade on the RW role.

The question is will Leverkusen accept an option or some players like Eder or Candreva in exchange?

Henrichs looks like someone who will be forgotten when he's 25. Van der Wiel style.

Consider this hypothetical :
1) Buying player X who costs 150 millions, who is a well known WC star , and who will generate revenue R after five years. And give the brand of Inter more exposure worldwide.

2) Buying three players Y, W,Z that cost 100m but the probbility of them succeeding is not as high, and by the fifth year they generate revenu R' which is lower than R-50m
And since mainstream football fans don't know them, the brand of the club don't get as much exposure.

What would you chose to do ? And why ?

I'll add also, that getting player X might even require you getting a loan from a bank, but the revenu R generated After 5 years still covers this.

Consider also, that because of some recent events, the league in which your team plays in,. Will get the most fllowing in History. With new followers who are familiar with player X's style of play.

I'm going to illustrate something. I hope you catch the deeper meaning.

C. Ronaldo - Eder - Hazard
Mudingayi - Palombo - Kharja
Santon - Ranocchia - Vidic - D'Ambrosio

Suppose that you already have a good team. And we're talking about last touches.

Suppose that you already have a good team. And we're talking cherries on top.
Then it's a no-brainer really. And we most probably will start looking at star players ourselves soon enough. Sadly, we aren't there yet. :)

We need RB, CM, RW. Better to get Vrsaljko/Florenzi (25M) + Malcom (40M) + Dembele (20M) for a combined sum of 85 than splashing all this money and more on ONE player effectively putting all our eggs in one basket.

Once we have a great starting line-up and a decent bench, which hopefully will materialise in the next couple of seasons, we can start thinking of acquiring difference makers. This is how Juve did it - they currently have Higuain, Dybala, D. Costa, Mandzukic, Bernardeschi. Very well covered with great players - it only makes sense to move for a CR when you're at this level.

I want to see FIF argue against this with real arguments.

Not just dogmatic dismessivness.

I agree with the players you listed.

My problem lies with Malcom, suppose that player X even if he costs 100 more, but because of recent events (getting the most exposure in its History with special kind of fans) after 5 years, he will generate more than what your plan's revenu + 100m , and will add millions of new fans.

What would you do in this case ?

How is so hard for you to digest, we cant spend BIG this season because we still had this restriction. NEXT SEASON is different story when we completely free from this FFP bullshit. Can you postponed all of your nonsense talk atleast for a year? Because I myself believe we will made mega transfer for some marque player NEXT SEASON after established our team first and go back to CL in a row, but its clear THIS SEASON isnt right time for us.

Dude, we can't even get Malcom in straight cash. We're talking about deals involving 8M in loan fee and the rest is for next year. What part don't you understand?

I doubt if our whole transfer budget for this year exceeds 50-60M, let alone 120... Whatever, I did my best. If you don't get it, you don't get it.

It's like we're on food stamps and you're insisting that we should buy a Play Station.

Suppose that the recent events is a big star coming to your league and to your rival, and that if you don't sign a star, most new fans will support your rival.
After a year they will already be attached to your rival.

Yao ming comic is not an argument.

And simply asserting that every argument against Hazard is dogma...that’s an argument?

What if the sanctions are just a couple of millions in fines that look like peanuts in comparaison with the revenu after five years.

Or what if you can sell players and offer Vecino to get him and still make FFP? What would you do ?

Not untill the two recent posts by wobblz and chipschups and we're discussing them.

You and others still provided zero argument.
