BBilan didn't have those issues...they have Montella going in to their 2nd season and can move faster than we do...

Seeing Milan spend so well i am wondering if Suning even have the money to spend on us?Our defense definitely needs fixing and our moves in that department have been very underwhelming.Perhaps Suning are not going to be spending big at all.Or perhaps they believe they should spend once we make the Ucl next season.If we make the Ucl that is.But its strange these new owners are not building a team capable of winning the league in their 1st proper big transfer window.

I guess its not just about being loaded. Milan haven't really spent much more than what Suning spent last season.

The big difference is that Milan's owners gave the entire budget to the club's sporting management team (Fassone, Mirabelli, Montella) and let them get on with their job. Suning spent the entire last summer frustrating our sporting management team (Ausilio, Mirabelli, Mancini) to the point of all 3 of them resigning, and spent the bulk of the money based on the advice of a greedy super agent who had conflict of interest in those transfers.

Sure mercato must be judged at the end of it but some reaction must be shown whenever good players become available especially the ones that can fill the gaping holes in your squad. Unlike Suning who spent 100m+ and yet we still field fucking Medel, Murillo, Dumbo, Naga and so on. This is Milan' s year zero with their new owner and right away they fill the holes, shit CB? Moratti in the 90s was a lunatic who would get us a Ronaldo and put Taribo West at the back.We had no balance back then.Truth is we have never had balance in our club.Suning are simply continuing the strong tradition of making some marquee signings and pairing them with absolute garbage and then sacking infinte number of coaches mid season.Sigh.

I just hope we dont panic now seeing Milan doing so well and decide we need some big name and then go and buy a big named player in a position which doesnt need to be touched - like a winger or a forward .Fix that leaking defense with some proper defenders ffs.
