Myself.
Regarding the wing position, my first choice is ivan perisic, dude is very dangerous, he plays like robben to me, the other wing(we need two wingers) is for the rest we're linked to, but my last choice is podolski, he is injury prone. I would prefer either salah or lennon. I don't like cerci.

Asking some one who they'd sign as a means of defending for the shit Ausilio has been doing is fucking stupid.

It is not our job to do this. We are not paid millions to do this. We don't have access to scouts or anything, training reports, agents or inside information. Yet without all that, we can easily see which deal will absolutely suck. No I don't know how to be a sporting director or to make a signing, or even who to sign, but I can sure as hell tell you that signing Vidic was fucking stupid and that signing Podolski will be fucking stupid. And if Ausilio with all those resources can't see that, then he is fucking incompetent, but then again he did mega back Mazzarri up until that cunt got fired, so that's hardly a shocker.

Podolski could still be useful. Depends on what we have to pay him.

Diarra, what does he give that either Medel, Kuz or Guarin doesn't? Sure, maybe he is a little bit of all three, but I'm not sure what his fitness or form is like at the moment, so it would have to be very good value, again.

Better than Podolski and Diarra.

Podolski at the right price will surely be an improvement even though its short term solution and can finally give Palacio a break, we are so short in the forward department. Would rather get Cerci or Salah though.

And Diarra makes no sense unless we are trying to get rid of M'Vila, which I think it will be a bad idea and too early to give up on him. Not to mention Lass hasn't played since May (?) so he might be out of shape as well.

Apart from Cerci is going to success at Milan or not. I hate to say this, but I have to admit Galliani is one hell of negotiator.

I guess it's a marketing move, they can always sell him to some Arabic or Russian clubs afterwards. And he would make a decent backup for Mandzukic tbh.

Surely they're doing something right and we're not, otherwise we'd be getting Cerci and they'd be getting Rocchi instead.

You don't see them forcing people to join us so they can get back Forlan. There must be something we're not considering in the whole player acquisition process, like marketing and player valuation, external factors other than their ability in delivering on the pitch. Bruce Wayne said it, and he probably knows what he's talking about. After all, he has to take care of the entire Wayne Enterprise.

Ausilio is bascially doing a decent job with a limited budget, in the summer he signed the players Mazzarri wanted the only thing lack was an extra forward but due to finances we couldn't get that done. But other than that the Osvaldo signing for a loan with 7 million transfer fee was good, Medel is an important part of the side, M'Vila has had injury problems, I think Vidic needs time but he'll do well, D'Ambrosio was an excellent signing and our best full back and Vidic we haven't seen much of since Mancini took over so let's hope he gets an opportunity to show his worth. So yeah, we can bash, bash and bash but Ausilio with a limited budget has been doing what he can and I'm sure with the right manager (Mancini has a knack for getting the right players he built the base of our Treble winning side) things will get better.

Atletico want Torres, we don't have Torres, Milan do. That transfer in a nutshell.

Make no mistake, Podolski is only coming here for a short term loan because that was the only deal that Arsenal would agree to. Initially, we sought him with our trademark, get now, pay later. Vidic was a horrible signing. That's why he no longer plays, because when he did, he was a walking disaster. He doesn't need more time he needs to gtfo or retire. We took a hasbeen and made him one of our top earners for show and it backfired greatly, yet said FU to Porto for Rolando our best defender. There's a reason why clubs who could actually afford him didn't get him, and they're not regretting it. It was not hard to see the downsides of signing an aging player and how the upsides to doing so were minimal. Yet the worse part is, Vidic wasn't an anomaly, he is simply a continuation of the trend.

If you were to add up these stupid and unnecessary deals we keep making and all of a sudden you'll see that we're not a club of savers or bargainers, we're a spend thrift club, that spends excessively in the bargain bin and clearance section, and what's worse, we pay for all those defective items with a credit card. What's even what's worse is that, when we finally do find a gem in the bargain bin, ala Rolando or Poli, we suddenly become penny pinchers, and decide that he's not worth it.

If you want to praise Ausilio for the absolutely dreadful job he's done, go right ahead.. But here are the facts, nearly half way into the season, we sit 11th, behind teams that have significantly less resources than us, and not to mention we will be obligated/have to pay well over 40 million euros in the immediate future just to simply stay at the level we are.. How is that even remotely a good strategy, limited budget or not? And what's worse, we're doing this for players that offer zero and even a negative return on investment, look at how long we've been trying to sell Alvarez, Guarin, Silvestre, Perreria, Schelotto.. That's 50 million euros worth of players that have no future at this club, and we will be lucky to even get 20 million for.. And in a couple years, how much do you see us getting for Medel, M'Villa, Osvaldo, or Dodo?

There is literally no winning in us making this Podolski deal, he plays like shit, we suffer. He plays well and suddenly Arsenal will ask us to pay a high fee for a 30 year old player, which will do because Ausilio, and then the player declines and we're stuck with another aging player with high wages, that we can't get rid of. And then of course, we'll be once again in the market looking for another player in the clearance section, and people like you will once again be justifying it because we're "broke"..

I swear to God these Italian clubs are in a Mafia (Juve, Milan, Inter, Roma).

We do not try to outdo these teams EVER! Once a player is linked with these clubs, he might end up at one of them, but what will definitely not happen is a bidding war. WTF???? How can we LET Juve and Milan get players that would improve OUR team?

Isn't the fact that Juve wants a player a good reason to PURSUE them more intently? And yet, can you show me an example of this happening? Goddamn Calcio...

Its not that bad, though we still look poor on the FBs. I am not a big fan of Diarra, but if Mancio wants him, lets give him what he wants. Clearly M'Vila is not good or fit enough, Diarra is probably a replacement for him. There will be games when we need a double pivot, and I think Diarra might be a better partner with Medel than M'Vila or Kuz. Mancio likes his physical DMs, and Medel-Diarra will give him that muscle. My main reservation is that Hernanes may start getting sidelined, and that is not ideal. Instead of Diarra, if we get Lucas or Dembele, I would be happier.

Not very keen on Lavezzi either, but he will improve our starting XI in the short term.
