Team unity is far more important than anything else. Of course being inter fans weve always struggled to have any strong team unity so it doesnt surprise me we need to be reminded of this.

It's not coincidence that periodic icardi and 9golan were shipped out in a window.

I dont know, tbh. We've got more goals from the rest of the team than we've ever had with Icardi, great all round team contribution, and two strikers who have both hit decent number of goals for where we are in the season.

Yea because the only difference between last year and this year is Icardi only, it has nothing to do with the fact that we use 2 strikers, a new manager and that we have sensi on top of barella. It's all down to Icardi.

Icardi did not stop Mbappe or Di Maria from scoring

Because he doesn't have the same influence as he had here... he was the boss here, his teammates had to feed him with chances, at PSG no one has to play for him, they don't depend on his goals, they have many other players of the same quality if not better... i'm sorry, i loved Icardi but that is the truth.

Lol no. At PSG everyone can score and they have Verratti, Di Maria and others to create many chances.

At Inter we had like 4 half-chances per game and 2 or 3 of them fell to Icardi as he was the sole striker and there was no one else around him.

Ffs, how can people who watch this sport for so many years keep saying stuff like this?

Those are your words, not anyone else's. Icardi in this lineup in place of Lukaku would be devastating. The whole team would be devastating.

Wow! That aren't my words but some people here have short or selective memory.

About ''devastating'' Icardi. This is only suggestion of yours. In my view that is not a true as Icardi's role is taken by Lautaro not Luakaku. The latter is closer to Palacio's job than Icardi's.

Seriously, what can he do? No service, no Rolex?

How is your statement different than mine? Read it again please, 'cuz you are paraphrasing basically.

But poacher stays a poacher no matter where he goes. I don't see him scoring world class goals at PSG now either, tap ins and easy chances mostly. He had those on a regular basis here too.

Not your words yet you keep repeating them claiming someone else said them.

Show us the direct quotes then.

I too dont know, but maybe just maybe:

1. We have better midfielders and better players overall compared to last season.
2. We have a coach who has an idea how to play football. (Dont tell me Conte didnt want Icardi because it was clear that Icardi is out long before Conte arrived)

It’s just an excuse some people use that the whole team plays like shit because of one player. I mean if that’s true, I would like to know how did Lukaku make us play better as a team? As much as I know, he fucks up even a simple pass, doesnt even track back as much as Icardi did lately to receive the ball, zero vision, zero awareness, zero movements. You could agrue only when we were starting a Sanchez-Lautaro partnership up front, which was used only in two games.

It’s more logical to think that Icardi was scoring a lot of goals because he is the only player who score goals in our team, yet we still blame HIM because the likes of Vecino, Gagliardini, Candreva and even Perisic who are chokers and cant score to save their lives.

So much this, it s funny how the same people who say it s a team sport and a team has to win end up blaming one guy for our lack of goals.

On top of what batman already said for the first time since mou left we re playing with a clear game plan and all 11 of our players seem to know what they are supposed to do. But i guess medel just passing it side ways and backwards was because of icardi all these years. Iho thats the biggest difference also it s not like psg started to play crappy football in the games icardi started for them they play the same football as before just with icardi as their CF. ANd the people around him still get plenty of scoring chances.

ANyways i really think this discussion will never lead to anything we should all just be happy that we ve clearly improved compared to last season. Wether our current CF is better than the one we had before should really just be a side notice.

So this means this was Zhang Junior's doing all along?

It means they are hoping they are talking to a bunch of idiots that will believe anything.
