How do you know he doesn't drink? Having his agent rip up a picture of Milito is quite disrespectful.

Come on Dylan, i clearly wrote (alcoholic type of fella), meaning he is not coming to training drunk or "under the influence" or missing a training because of that.

And the guy was not his agent, someone correct me if im wrong. Not justifying the fact that that asshole should be fired btw.

thats the point. If the dude works for the agent, the agent should fire him.

It's an opinion, but its his opinion. Not Icardi's, so it should not be associated with him in any way. Which is why he should be fired.

You're right, he's allowed any fucking opinion he wants. But not while he derives a revenue stream from Inter. Not while ANY of his income comes from Inter, can he say anything against the club.

He derives his revenue from Icardi, who derives his revenue from Inter. Therefore his revenue is not direct. His revenue stems from MANY clubs, not just Inter if you're going to look at it that way. Who know how many he has clients playing with other teams. Either way if that guy is important to the agency, and that's his only mistake, than why would you fire him? If it would hurt your firm to lose him why you would fire him over a home movie? Wanda was never supposed to leak it publicly. That doesn't make what he said ok, but if Milito has decided not to make a stink over a joke than it's water under the bridge. Don't act like it's not common to keep an employee who's made a mistake until the mistake becomes a PR problem. It has not been a disaster by any standard, even Milito laughed it off. But you think he should be fired?

No I disagree. I look at this outside of being an Inter fan, I look at this as a professional. "If it don't make dollars it don't make sense", if this guys important to the company than he shouldn't be fired unless there is a PR disaster to deal with. This is how the real corporate world works.

The revenue is direct - agents take a clear cut of fees straight from the club - in transfers, contracts, etc. And, yes, many clubs, but that's not relevant. He cant speak out (or anything) against ANY of the clubs.

Seriously, open a PR agency and have one of your employees do something like that against one of your clients. You'll be put in the situation 'Either fire him or we fire you'. There is absolutely no room for wiggle in something like this - anything that hurts public images of a client, or damages client relationships, kaput.

Unless things are much more lax in America, but I can tell you, in Asia for example? Brother would be fired and unemployable.

I fail to see how Lopez is an instigator or playing the victim here. You sound like a woman Browha. It's pretty clear he moved on but when Icardi started posting pics of his kids. That's a no go area for me. Why the fuck would Icardi do that?

I hope we sell this idiot to Atleti. This poor conduct is indicitive of an attitude problem that could rear its head in other ways further down the line. Get rid of him and replace him with someone with better focus. And that doesn't have to mean older. I don't see Kova making these kind of mistakes, and he's even younger...

Icardi sends new message to Maxi

Mauro Icardi continues to send messages to Maxi Lopez, after Wanda Nara changed her Twitter name to Wanda Icardi.

The Inter striker was good friends with the Sampdoria hitman when they were teammates at Marassi, even going on vacation together.

Wanda left husband Maxi Lopez and is now engaged to Icardi, living with the Nerazzurri forward along with her three children from the marriage.

Icardi has sent a series of tweets provoking Maxi Lopez, including one with a photograph of his hands in the Italian gesture for cuckold.

On Friday night he posted a tweet in Spanish: “If you love two people at the same time, choose the second. Because if you truly loved the first, you wouldn’t have fallen in love with the second.”

This week Icardi tweeted he had been together with Wanda for “one year and seven months,” implying the relationship started long before she split up with Maxi in November 2013.

The bizarre soap opera reached a head last week when Sampdoria played against Inter and Maxi Lopez refused to shake Icardi’s hand before kick-off.

What an idiot. And even if you don't care about this Wanda-bullshit, his behavior against Samp-fans alone is enough to call him an idiot.

You fail to see how lopez is an instigator? Hr cheated on his wife! Shes entitled to leave him if she wants to. Or do you believe the man can stray but his woman cant? Dont be so ridiculous.

his kids? They are wandas kids too. This isnt the 15th century. I for one applaud him for taking care of them and bonding with them. Their actual father shagged around and betrayed their mother...

- - - Updated - - -

People are entitled to TWO legitimate objections, NOTHING ELSE IS VALID:

1 - Icardi and Wanda for hooking up, given the context of teammates/former best friends.

2 - Icardi and Wanda being trashy and classless

This 'Wanda is a slut' crap is complete bullshit. Maybe if you're some 50 year old sexist who thinks women are a man's property, but that's fucking moronic.

Would anyone have blame Lopez for leaving Wanda if he found out she'd be cheating? NO OF COURSE NOT. So why is it different the other way around? She's perfectly entitled to leave him. He betrayed her, and her family.

I DO think its trashy to hook up with a team mate's exgirlfriend - I would never do it - but it's not the end of the world. Icardi's in a stable relationship with a woman he apparently (no matter what we think about it) loves. Contrast that to people like Adriano who go out get pissed every night, fuck some random girl, and miss training. I'd rather Icardi. It isn't apparently (to the best of my knowledge) affecting his performances, his training, or anything else.

Put it another way - if Wanda wasn't another footballer's ex-wife, would anyone give a shit? We'd be happy for him. Stable relationship, aside from the immature stuff with Lopez he's actually looking after kids and stuff aged 20, how many of you can do that? Cmon, honestly.

Cut out this sexist bullshit

We will probably have to agree to disagree on this one, but I just wanted to say one more thing.

He didn't speak out against Inter or anyone for that matter. He did not bring Diego's character into question, nor did he state something as if it was fact to the detriment of Diego. He just gave an opinion he rather see Icardi play. If his quote was "Diego Milito can't run anymore, his knee is glass, you're an idiot if you don't play Icardi" I could see more where your coming from. But saying something along the lines of "We only want Icardi" is not demanding nor incriminating.

I think something like 'Icardi is the future of Inter, Milito is aging and soon to finish' or whatever is fine. But tearing up a picture of him, to me, implies disrespect. Anyway, its not really that big of a deal, considering all the other stuff around icardi atm anyway

I haven't talked about this Icardi situation but my word on it is:

The guy is a world class talent, there's no doubt about it. Easily one of the best finishers in the game and that's evident by his effortless one touch goals. You wouldn't bet against him becoming a top 5 striker within a few years. That's what we have to say when we look at his talent alone. However, when you look at his off-field situation you start to question if that can really happen.

To be honest with you I don't give a fuck if people think he's a dick, or if he is giving us a bad image. As Inter fans we should really be supporting him given that he's been scoring goals. If he's giving us a bad image and isn't scoring that's a different story. Goals win you games, we want to win games and we are inter so why should we care what other teams or fans of other teams think about our ''image''. Do you think Real Madrid fans are saying ''Ronaldo is selfish and cocky he's giving us a bad image infront of the inter fans, lets get rid of him''. We should also remember he's only 21 years old, so he still hasn't matured. His attitude certainly isn't as bad as Balotelli's and he was on the bench for ages without a single complaint or statement to the media that he is unsettled. I don't see why something in his personal life would affect the fans or the club. he's happy to play for inter, and he's scoring the goals we need and he's a world class talent. Isn't that what we want?

The only way to sell Icardi is to sell him for more than the reported 15-20 million. Say an offer of 30-35 million comes which in this inflated market isn't unusual for a world class talent. That's when you sell him and get a worthy and fitting replacement. Possibly another world class talent.

Icardi's personal life aside - which has not DIRECTLY affected his footballing yet (aside from his injury earlier in the season possible), he's a consummate professional. I've never HEARD about him going out and getting hammered or anything like that. Of course, we rarely hear about things like that.

Balotelli is a great example, though. He was not a professional, and it did directly affect his performances. Icardi on the other hand is just some side bullshit - its tasteless and unpleasant, and I dont really approve of a lot of it, but who ultimately gives a fuck? He'll train hard, work hard, and shit like that.

I would like him to grow up, but the primary concern is his footballing output and his professionalism, which has yet to be called into question

People cheat all the time. Nothing new here. Wanda wasn't happy. She left. Everyone moved on. End of story. The issue here is why is Icardi rubbing Lopez's face in it.

You sound like a woman browha, you really do. Point I"m trying to make here is the kids should in no way, shape or form be brought into this, and Icardi has done just that. Fine, Icardi is in Wanda's life, he should be a surrogate father to these kids, but to involve them in this back and forth social media war is just fucked up!

Anyway, we're giving this more attention than it really deserves but if I was Lopez, Icardi would know what it's like to wake up in the hospital black-eyed and missing your front teeth. I'm not a violent person but certain things (like your kids) are out of bounds. Let him flaunt his relationship with the woman he claims to love, but leave the kids alone. Better just sit the fuck down and focus on your football.

And Browha, you're naive to think this won't impact his game at some point. Professional or not, he's not a machine. What if Wanda wakes up one morning and decides she still loves Lopez and wants to work it out for the kids sake (women are like that)? You don't think Icardi's form will suffer?

On the last point. Perhaps it will. But it's a hypothetical at the moment. I'm grounding it on evidence, and I've yet to see evidence it is affecting his play. If it does have an impact in the future date, then we will assess it then, rather than writing him off based on something which hasn't happened yet.
