The second and third goal show the duality of Icardi. A sublime feat of finishing, followed by almost tripping over the ball 2cm away from the goal.

Yes emotional.

I can’t imagine you are saying those words stoically but with exclamation marks, how does that work?

Maybe you are a drama queen and you would know, please enlighten those of us who lack this side of knowledge.
I can’t imagine exclamation marks makes you emotional to my posts.
I have no will to prove anything to you, who the sole purpose of replying to anyone is to enlighten us your fancy sarcastic words, with no intent to actually make a point about anything, other then trying to mock or show us that you’re Machiavelli of FIF
I was laughing cuz Icardis fans are more emotional then a 14 yr old girl, yet they have audacity to call me emotional, who just defending the team I love, and not an individual.
Ok good day to you now fancy sir. Go on live your live, no need to worry about my exclamation marks. !!!

Thats my point your emotional because you think we are icardi fans... No we are Inter fans we want to see inter win, I dont give flying fuck what wanda says im not emotional about it she can say whatever she wants I want to put the most competitive team out there, I want Inter to be feared around the world and be back at the top of football. Selling Icardi and Nainggolan and not having replacements or looking to get shit players like lukaku is the problem If you said aguero and sms were coming I wouldnt give two fucks about losing these two because the team is getting stronger but right now we are going backwards so yeah I am not for this move. It is a very emotional move for most members who are blindly happy to replace icardi with lukaku as if hes done something so bad. He refused to continue playing when the club publicly humiliated him in the middle of the season both sides are at fault. Then there are the fans who believe that lukaku is better than Icardi which only time will tell. In the end what anyone says on this forum doesnt do anything Inter will continue doing whatever the fuck it is they are doing this window we will always support the club I just wish it wasnt ran so poorly.

thats the irony right? seems like the "inter fans" care about what wanda does rather than Icardi's 120+ goals which objectively helps inter for the better in recent years.

The irony is that everybody in the business (bar Moratti who would fire every coach on this planet to make his players happy - tells you all) are standing with Inter on this one ever since day one. However fans who never worked single day in this business knows how stupid Inter and our management is for "doing this to icardi".

Granted, I never worked in this business as well, but I have all those people on my side so I'm in the good company. And I'm not saying it's only jube people who were standing besides us. It's jube people, inter people, journalists, pundits, you name it. The other camp has noone. NOONE (bar Moratti).

THAT is the irony.

But yeah, keep talking how we're doing the biggest mistake of our recent Inter history. Just don't cheer for us come Inter becomes one of the biggest clubs in Europe again in a few years, due to the injected professionalism with Conte and Marotta and getting rid of those who harm our club from within.

Bar the president who took this club to those hights (albeit not financially soundly) cmon Luka you are a long time member this isnt pro icardi or not this is about being smart and operating properly like I said give me aguero and I would say yeah we dont need icardi but give me dzeko and luakaku and I will tell you we are going backwards. I will always cheer for Inter as I always have but fuck if this club doesnt frustrate the shit out of me we have all this dead weight and we are selling the players that make a difference.

Don’t be so emotional about Icardi....inter has survived 100+ years and I’m pretty certain Icardi wasn’t there for all this time.
He actually hasn’t delivered anything significant for inter, so we’ll be fine without him, I promise ;)

Haha did you read any of the rest of the post or were you so triggered by someone calling you emotional you completely missed that it has nothing to do with icardi?

I just pointed out the fact, nobody (who is against the club's handling in this case) is bringing up that one small detail. That's all, and if I was on that side, I would deffinetly ask myself why, and why I know better then everybody who is in the business. And I will tell you something else. I would make absolutely sure that I know better than all of them and I would know why.

As for Moratti, I loved the man, and I would never take away his passion for this club, or the trebble year. But that doesn't stop me from saying that he handled Inter absofuckinlutely terrible ever since he took over the club. You know how I know that? Because we are still digging up from his mess that he left behind. That's why. Mostly due to the fact that he gave players whatever they wanted, he spent shit loads of money on players, on expenses going with hundreds of milions of dolars in the "Others" financial sheets (what the fuck was that? I'll never know).

My point being, that Moratti is not really a person who I hold in high esteem when he gives advice about players handling.

Yup I did, how else would I have read that part?
The point is, your comment about us who are defending the club, vs Icardi, calling me or us emotional, while you’re ignoring your own emotions about Icardi, is a paradox....we’re all emotional in this , you’re just station the obvious, and using it some kind of weakness to see things clearly, where in fact it’s both sides. Hence I laughed when you first said that...it was kinda ironic to attack with those sentiments.
Anyhow, we’ve been going on circles here for 6-7 months, one thing is clear, for one reason or another, majority of people, more educated and more experts then you and me, seem to take Inters side vs Icardi...for what it’s worth, everyone seem to think a team, or a group, or a culture we’re tryjng to install, and get out of this lethargic mode we’ve been last 6-7 yrs, which has been suffocating, is more important then one individual, and that is something I can stand behind. Icardi or whoever. I chose Inter.

Can't believe they are pissed at losing money on Icardi's possible transfer because Marotta handled everything NOT IN INTER STYLE a.k.a. kiss a player's ass and just keep silent. You should be jumping for joy that finally someone disciplined arrived in the house. Do we hear any bullshit on media from Mauro/Wanda side since things got serious? No, seems like they just tucked their tails and shut the fuck up

I think maybe some people are annoyed that the extra £50mil is a lot of money at the end of the day, and given every June we need to sell to make sure we don’t get into FFP trouble that extra money could have went a long way to improving the club.

There’s so much that went on behind the scenes that none of us will never understand but there are ways of punishing someone without humiliation and the public stripping of the captaincy for me would be humiliating. See even if I deserved to lose the captaincy, and either did/ didn’t not think I deserved to, I’d still be humiliated. I would probs even need to maybe skip a match or 2 just to compose myself as this isn’t just at a company (club) level it’s on a worldwide scale where everyone can see. Would I exile myself, fuck no but I’d be ashamed.

Long before it got to that point if I was on the flip side and part of the management, there would be lots of steps, warnings, actions and consequences taking before a step like the public humiliation of being stripped of captaincy was taken and given this was done in Feb I would have held off as best possible till the summer and announced new season/ new captain. No point in lowering morale if your mid way through a project and you need all the help you can get so deal with things behind the scenes as best possible. If the employee makes it public then on their head be it.

Again all that stuff coulda been done before that step was taken, and the player warned in advance. In which case, no ground to stand on.

But yeah, first and foremost, fines. Nothing rams a lesson home like losing money!!

It’s like management 101 that telling someone off for something in front of others is humiliation but in private it’s punishment. As long as the management did the latter and pre-warned what would happen before going public it’s fine by me, though like before I would have waited that extra 3 months.

What kind of argument is “everyone stand with me so I am right”?

That’s argumentum ad populum.

Moreover, of course everyone else in this business would be clapping their hands with what we are doing. Especially fucking Juve.

It doesn’t take a genius to see this. Why? Because the more we enforce this hard stance in the public, the greater the depreciation will occur for both Nainggolan and Icardi. So from the potential 100mil two seasons ago, they would end up buying him at half the price.

Even better, the longer they wait out, the more the price will drop. I would have been okay to sell Nainggolan at 20mil to make a 5mil loss, but now? That’s undoubtedly not going to happen at a minimal loss.

So of course everyone would be encouraging what we are doing.

Sometimes you don’t need to be in the business to know what the club doing is outrageous. We are just continuously without bounds depreciating our own assets. Sometimes common sense just isn’t so common.

Now I wonder if Marotta even has a mba, if not, do it. They teach a bit of common sense there.

Alright you have showed your big hairy balls, now put them away and start showing you have two ounces of brain cells.

I am glad Marotta took a stand against Icardi. This mean the club won't tolerate anymore bullshit from players and if they causing damage to the club repuation, they get binned.

Yeah taking a stand makes sense and it's right. Doing it this way is just pure idiocy. Forcing them out publicly? Well, I approve it once it's done successfully. Beforehand it looks really stupid and dangerous.
