I would think Barella is the long-term solution for CM. Depends on what we could get I guess.

I think we are lacking a traditional holding midfielder. Fabinho, Busquets, Casemiro type. Especially if we’re going to play with shorter more technical midfielders in the CM spots.

Barella seems to have a strong friendship with Sensi. They will complement each other. If he can score goals and is willing to work hard and learn from Sensi, I don't see why he shouldn't take Brozo's position.

It depends how the conversation went and if Lukaku signaled out everyone, or specific players or everyone, also if he included himself or not wether he said "we" its different than say "you". Also the reports are taking about bravery, some players will take offense to that if ur taking about character and not footballing performance. How is he not supposed to take it personal if Lukaku is attacking them / him personally?

I’m actually with Brozovic on this one.
Lukaku just got here, and who the fuck is he, already to start criticizing what should other guys do or don’t, and tell them “don’t pass me the ball with a defender in my back”? He sucked balls last two game, especially Sparta game, and he has the right to tell others what to do?
Mothwrfucker you just got here, and we broke the record to sign you, and you gonna tell the midfieldsers how you want and don’t want the passes served to you?
When the midfielders are pressed hard, it’s the forwards who should sacrifice more and get to positions to receive/open lanes for passes/hold the ball etc, and someone with a terrible first touch gonna tell brozo and others what to do already. Shut the F up and learn how to stop the ball and play with a defender on your back. It’s embarrassing you don’t know how to do that at first place.
