Wouldn't mind seeing his name on the expendables list. He could bring us a 40-50m offer.

And as if our mgmt would use that 40-50 mil to buy an upgrade and not be getting a far worse player !!!:yao2:

I think id try and get rid of Vecino,Mario and Valero and keep this dude here.He has talent but not the temperament. And has also been overworked since the WC and has had injuries. It was when he was playing well that we amassed those early points.

What an abysmal match? How many horrendous passes or plays with the ball?

This guy simply cannot carry this team behind the back because he just loses his temper way too easily when the things don't go our/his way.

We should have a quality , I mean real quality player to step on his toes and fight for his place. He knows he still gets the game over Borja even when has eaten 20 frozen pizzas and been throwing up all night.

Would be nice if we had someone who could put pressure on him or sub for him when he’s having these games.

Having both him and Valero on the pitch at the same time was pointless. Just a lot of circulation and ball possession with no penetration or forward thrust.

He's a good midfielder but he shouldn't be a clubs best MF. It's a bad sign if he is. Put some quality around him (Nainggolan has been average at best this season) and his performances will be consistently good IMO

Or maybe he looks so good only because everyone around him is so shite. Put some quality around him and either he will rise to the level or eat bench. Whatever the case, we need better midfielders. At least 2 quality midfielders need to be bought this summer.

He can clearly function effectively in a world class midfield (see Crotia NT), so the problem lies not with Broz.

Inter needs to build a quality midfield with complimentary, comtributary skillsets, but more importantly, all with a high technical level.

Stop the hero-ball nonsense.

He's pegged back way too often because Vecino is impossible to play with. Better with gagliardini, but that ship has sailed. Would love to see him with Barella.

There's hardly a player in the world who should be expected to deliver high quality performances while starting almost every game for his club. Those players are among the best in the world and demand transfer fees over 70 million.

Brozovic is not one of those players. The fact we're so reliant on him and have no real alternative when his form dips is an indictment on the poor job we've done assembling a squad.

Yes, he took a shit yellow. At least he'll be available vs Napoli.

he couldn't have picked a better moment for that yellow. this is the one match we should be able to handle without him and he needed some rest.

Quite glad to see no one in here slagging him off as if he’s shit. He had a terrible game vs. Napoli (ironic, considering it’s the game that ‘made’ him last year), but he should be cut some slack IMO. I think he’s beyond exhausted and desperately needs 3 months to recharge.

And more than that, he needs good players next to him.

He indeed can but I am willing to excuse his attitude, we need to remember that this guy has been non-stop running for the past two years. I expect him to perform like he was 5 years younger come September after proper summer vacation and time off from both Inter and NT. Especially once (if) we pair him up with a top tier world class b2b midfielder.

Brozo earned to cut him some slack, even regarding his mental shenanigans. He spent last 5 years at Inter, not Barcelona. I can't fault the man for not having some die-hard winning mentality 24/7 given who he has to work with on a daily basis. Joao Marios, Dalberts, Vecinos and Spallettis would suck the life energy and enthusiasm out of anyone. Brozo will be fine.

It's not like we played in three competitions in the last months and he's not 30 years old. And IRRC he didn't play 90min very often in the last two months.

I think we should keep him, but in my opinion he's overrated here.

My opinion that he and Brozovic are toxic fucks who should be booted the fuck out of this team. If not alone, probably in minority here who feels this way but that's my perception after watching the games and reading all that shit what has happened since last 6 months or so. Not saying Icardi hasn't fucked up, but these two seem just bossy assholes in this group of people.

I agree on the cutting slack part as he has been carrying our mid and any person would get frustrated at times if they had such incompetent fucks surrounding them.

That being said I m not sure he has the composure to play the role he currently is playing for us, that dpl role is just to important for him too keep on loosing his head and making silly decisions. And what bothers me most is that it not only happens in games where the rest of the mid sucks but it even happens in good games where he just has these brainfarts to often. Especially when under pressure in our own half his decision making has been very questionable and we were lucky on multiple occasions that we did not conceed right after he gave the ball away.

I m not saying he aint a good player but i m not sure we can reach the next level with him being our main ball distributor.
