i think the word "hype of overhype" is misused here. it's more about the satisfaction or happiness of seeing how brozovic can slot in right away in the games. he does great stuffs in his last 3 games. in fact, he offered something new which cant be provided by our current midfielders like guarin, kuz, hernanes, and obi. he adds energy, directness, some simple and clever passings, speed, and more off the ball movements. if people start expecting alot from him then it's quite rational. the ground is there and obvious.
hype imho primarily refers to a more idealistic view which has very little basis of objective situation. in the bro's case, it doesnt apply sufficiently. he's a starter in his national team. have good seasons with dinamo zagreb and his previous clubs. even some of our fellows croation member have convinced us, who have watched him many times more than any fifi members, that he has good quality and reliability. so, it's not a hype. it's a materialistic and historical arguments.
