No I wasn't there, for one thing I couldn't justify paying $80 to see West fucking Brom. When I went to Spurs last summer it was only $30, what gives?

BTW, Man City v. Club America at AT&T Park on Saturday. Not going to that either, just a heads-up.

River got relegated so they have revamped league system by merging league 1 and league 2. So now 38 teams will be participating in the top division from 2012/13.

From the 2012/13 season onwards, the first 2 divisions will be merged, and the resulting 38 teams (As, apparently, 2 teams will still be relegated from the second tier this year) will be split into 2 groups. The top 5 in each group will qualify to a "championship phase" along with the 9 clubs with the most points in a general table. The chapionship group defines the champion and those qualified for the Copa Libertadores. The remaining 19 teams will be put together to fight it out for relegation. The bottom four will be relegated.

What a fucked up system..

I could care less. My friend did get to see the Sounders host Man U earlier.. I think the final scoreline was 7-0 at the end. Man U only put their stars in for the 2nd half.
