The only thing I'm still hopeful about that it's Fools' day in Spain, and I really hope this is just another fluke.

If not: Figo just proved again he's nothing more than a mercenary. He could've opted to stay for 6 months (I guess he's not starving with his current wage...), very likely he would've got a Serie A gold medal in his neck, possibly another CL gold as well, and then leave for a well-payed early-retirement.

Javier Zanetti,
On an even more serious note, is Beckham honestly a viable replacement? God, his age, he cannot run, dribble or draw fouls half as well as Figo can. The only thing he can do is cross, and sometimes even that is beyond sub par in my eyes.

Figos mercenary ways never cease to amaze. Now we must have a mad dash scramble to find a good winger, if its Beckham I would soil myself with laughter at the sheer ineptitude of management, lets hope its someone young and talented.

I think it ll be a great loss to lose Figo in this part of the season.

What? Beckham one of the best winger? hahahahaha..

This moment every football fans know Beckham is shit. he is only marketing promotion player. on the pitch? He really looser.

I really wish Beckham remain at Madrid long long time! so Real Madrid never can win any title! like last three years.

Anyway.. I already said that Saudi club linked many famous player and then official revealed many times "he is ours!!" but nothing. funny bullshit. I don't understand here some Interista. why fear that bullshit? like a chicken.

I think the figo issue here is irrelevant now, whatever will happen, will happen.
What is important now is that the inter management realize we need more depths in the wings, and they sign a viable replacement... Nani, Quaresema, Ronaldo, Messi, whoever, as long as we have a fairly decent winger to cover the squad.
If we lose figo and dont sign anyone, we'll have thrown away our chance to win the scudetto this year.

I think if we lose Figo , Solari will get a more important role in the squad. And hope we can buy one from Nani or Quaresema they're still young and very talented.

That kid is 28,5.

If the reports are true, Figo will be the best payed player in the world, so I can understand if he signs for them, but I hope we will not let him go for free and we'll sign a decent replacement.

Don't expect any huge transfer from Inter if Figo truly goes for the money hunt. An "has been" like Beckham or less familiar name like Jimenez are the most likely ones to replace the diving mercenary. It would nicely surprise me if we'd end up with a possible future star like Quaresma or Nasri...

I don't think we'd let Figo go without some kind of back up plan maybe Moratti has agreed terms with some talented winger and he'll bring him to replace Figo. Or this is another grand mistake like when we got rid of Seedorf.... :(

Right, Beckham is a sure loser, since he is a Madrid player they don't win anything and it's the worst moment of the history of ShitMadrid.

Eh I'd rather have Esposito or Marchionni two talented Italian and I wouldn't mind Camoranesi joining he's playing very well this season and I always liked him as a player.

Ok, Figo will 99% leave us, but what's the fuss about it?? I don't want him to leave too, but we must think how to replace him... He wasn't starter, we all know he was past his best, so I don't get what is the problem if he leaves?? Fuk him, let him leave peacefully and remember him by what he has done for us...

Let this be end of it...

He deserves nothing from the fans. Leaving possible Scudetto winning side to play for MONEY in SAUDI ****ING ARABIA would get no "nice goodbyes" from me, quite the opposite to be ****ing honest.
