I will not lash out against him just yet, even though I will be pissed if the reports do eventuate. Standing by for confirmation.

If the deal goes through then I would not be surprised a bit to be honest. It only re-confirms the fact that he has always been after money and that is it. As simple as that really. He chose us over Liverpool only because we offered more money. So no big deal really… and to be honest I don’t think his departure would have much if any negative effect to our season. So stop making a big deal out of it! ;)

But if we look at our last game for example or the number of last passes before goal then ...

Sure, but when you consider our season as a whole (so far) I don’t believe he has been a key man to our squad. Obviously it is great to have such player in our squad either as a starter or as a sub who can come in and change the course of the game on his own as he showd in our last game. So, IMO I wouldn’t consider his departure as beeing such a negative thing.

I consider Figo and Recoba as impact players that can change the face of a game give us a chance to win it.

I he leaves now that Inter has a great season and has chances of accomplishing many things, not only is he stupid but also has no heart.

A man that chooses money instead of winning honors at this point in his career..I don't know, I will be speechless if he leaves..

I hope he stays because coming off the bench, he contributes more then any other player in the World.

Many jouurnalists and coached in Italy agree that the only advantade that Inter has and Roma hasn't are key players on the bench. Now we lose it and Roma gets(Tavano, and another are on arrive)In the end this could be decisive I think.I wouldn't disrespect it.

Yeah our depth is what makes us superios and hopefully it will remain that way if Figo leaves then Quaresma should be approached.

Our strenght in depth has also been my main reason why we will win lo scudetto this year ahead of Roma! However for one I believe we do have a backup plan when/if Figo leaves. Also if only Figo leaves I would still consider our full squad head and shoulder above Roma still.

Yeah we're still above Roma but losing a link like Figo will affect us in the Champions especially if there is an injury crisis....

We will see what happens, but it would be a blow if he would leave, but also it would be stupid of him cause i though he would be better than this, but lets see if there is any confirmation to any of these rumours before we make any assumptions.

It would be stupid to say Figo loves Inter and so on but he's definitely been important to us as a squad player this season. And as some guys have stated, he's one of the bench players who have given us the edge ahead of Roma and which would be very important, as we head to the second part of the much awaited tough and long season. And remember, it's gonna be more tough later on, especially if we act like a typical Inter.

May be the management also thought of saving some bucks BUT when we have already spent that much, why care of $1/2/3 million more. Anywaz, I'm not saying that he's a MUST at any cost. But we do need good bench for sure.;)

Then again, nothing can be done if the player has his sights in another place already. In that case, I would then for sure agree with those who have always been saying that $$ has always been the case for him.

And with all the due respect to Gonzalez, I haven't seen much of him to believe him to that reliable. He's not got chances to prove his worth but I have not seen much of him, other than his runs here and there in the very less amount of time he has played.

Sad to see Figo go. Whether or not he likes Inter, he's been an important player this season.

even though i lost a ton of nerves seeing him walk around during the game, i must say that he always made crucial plays.....top class player, who has brought us some winning mentality.....
if he indeed leaves, we have to bring another winger.....but there are simply no players like Figo......can Mariano cross ? of course not.
i really am afraid that will we lose a lot with his departure:rolleyes:
only comfort is that Adriano will hopefully takeover
