I agree that racism can be a form of ignorance, but of certain type. It's not synonymous. If it was they would just use ignorant word instead of inventing new one, i.e. racism.

Imo racism is thrown in the face of people so often lately, that they are getting annoyed by it, and often even angry for being called that when that is not the case. That's why I think so many people voted for Trump in the us election, but that's going off topic completely, so let me end this off topic right here.

Luka, we're not that fair you just use the word racist in more extreme cases but trivializing people's cultures is part and parcel with being racist. I know being politically correct isn't fun but the alternative of not having standards would make assholes run rampant.

That's not racist, that's moronic. Colombian isn't a race. If a person says "Black people are monkeys" that's racist. If a person says "I only hire white people because blacks steal," that's racist.
