Tassi, nato a Bovezzo il 12 febbraio 1995, cresciuto prima nella Voluntas Brescia e poi nel Settore Giovanile del club di Gino Coriani, vanta già una presenza, da 13 minuti, in Serie A (Brescia-Fiorentina 2-2, 22 maggio 2011). Coutinho would have costed a lot more but he was playing for Vasco de Gama, not Sao Paulo or some team like that, that loves to put stupid transfer fees for their players

To be fair, from what I've seen from Coutinho so far, we may have even overspent on him..

Depends on how you look at it really, €4mil for a 16yr old is a lot but if he doesn't work out he'll still be worth s lot more than €4mil. Anyway, he's still extremely young, it's too early to judge him.

That's my point of view. 4mil euros for the "next" Baggio is cheap even if it's just media bs.

I don't understand this logic. Deal of such a youngster (18-year-old at his first season) cannot be rated yet by any means. Most if not all of that money (4m€) spent on Coutinho, was spent on the potential. Not performances in his few first years, but potential.

I don't understand this logic either. So "if it doesn't work out", how would the player be still worth a lot more than 4m€?
