lol one really good season and suddenly he can reach Meazza? I'm sure he can, but temper your expectations, please. Reaching Meazza is less important than Lautaro being our winning captain for the next 7, 8 seasons.

The man has to lift the Serie A trophy this year, that's the only thing I care about .

Not winning Scudetto this season would have been another brutal failure next to that season we lost it to Milan. That was basically the easiest Scudetto since I am watching football. This season competition is a little tougher since Milan has somewhat more quality now but still, think we are a level above them. Gobbi are a threat as well, but if Allegri can win a Scudetto with that squad ahead of us or others, Limone has to throw his coaching license in the bin.

I would argue that even last season's Scudetto should have been ours. Napoli was pretty damn good, but had Inter kept consistency for a longer period of time, we would certainly fight to the end. We have shown that in our best day we could defeat anyone, including Napoli or even top teams of Europe. Sadly we were too naive to drop points in the earlier phase of season, that bite us hard.

Of course a team that is most consistent will win trophies, but I think our issue was more mental. In the late part of last season we've managed to bounce back and almost pull the impossible. Sadly it was already a huge gap us and Napoli so it was practically done, way earlier though.

won't be surprised if Real Madrid will come after him, as most reports are saying they won't sign Mbappe.

While I agree with certain points, none of our players last season were as good as Kim, Kvara or Osimhen. None of the defenders, none of our attackers. We had a better midfield, but clearly we fucked up our start to the season and then had to play catch up for the whole season (with another drop in form in the middle)

Napoli were clearly the best team with the best defender and best attack of the league.

Not falling for it for a second. Mbappe will join Real on a free next summer. 100%
Or it s the same BS as it was the last two seasons and he ends up signing an extension at PSG...

Anyways think it will all be down to Lautaro if he keeps up this performance eventually somebody will put in an offer that is high enough for marotta to accept it.
The it will all e down to lautaro wether he accepts or not. Dont think we ll force him out.
But one things for sure if marotta is here he ll accept any offer he deems high enough he aint gonna turn down 100 mio plus...

I wouldn't say the best team, but if you said most consistent then yes. Inter is clearly the best in Italy during these recent years but sadly we were too naive to understand our true potential and we threw away matches like it's nothing.

Napoli has gotten their chance and they took every advantage out of it, simple as that. Do you think they would aim for Scudetto after all these changes they've made before the season started?

I'll give credit to them for being competitive but they were somewhat overrated at some point. But then again, let's agree to disagree here.

I get your point, if you believe Inter had the best squad in the last 4 seasons (the fourth one being the current one), sure. When in form we have at least the best starting 11. Shame we were so inconsistent, so that quality just didn't come through except in one of the seasons (and even in that season we crashed out of CL).

If only the quality mattered, we could breeze through. My point is that Kim was performing better than any of our defenders last season (yeah, even better than Acerbi) and Osimhen was surely better than Džeko, Lautaro and Lukaku. When somebody is so in form, in a team with a few more in form players, magic happens.

Just might be that this season it's Inter that has that magic, but I repeat - we must not lose both games against Juventus. I have no faith in our squads mental state to win a Scudetto if they beat us twice in the league again.

Yeah it’s 100% up to Lautaro. If he really wants to stay he will, but also some other top team will definitely come with a better contract offer and enough money to satisfy the management. He has spoken about wanting to stay here a long time, but I’m sure there will be plenty of transfer talk yet to come.

According to what has been reported by the Spanish newspaper Sport, Al-Ittihad are ready to make an offer worth 240 million euros in total for Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.

This number includes the transfer fee and salary of the player, as the Argentine would have to decide whether to stay or leave.
Knowing the salaries there, the real offer will be around 20mln, and the rest is salary.

Lautaro is only 26 years old. He's got plenty of time ahead of him before he moves to pre-retirement league of Saudi, unless our management forces him to leave (which I doubt).

They can sincerly fuck off.

Actually if the negotiation for a new contract stall, it's better to get huge money for him after this season. I don't want another Skriniar's scenario.
