Two things I really like about this transfer:

1. Low financial risk, loan + option
2. We are not dependent on him, like we were on Perisic and Candreva last season. Specially with the emergence of Martinez, we have a lot of options in attack.

These two points are crucial, because this means Keita will have to work hard and prove himself at Inter or risk sitting on the bench and getting sent back next summer. While like most of us I have doubts about Keita (attitude) and Politano (talent readiness), these two points make me comfortable about these transfers. Nothing beats competition for places to motivate players.

Karamoh was the odd one out to begin with. Shouldn't be part of the CL list this season, especially with a -3 player restriction.

That's what i thought as well but perhaps the CL list rule change allows us to do loans with obligations now. The official announcement will come soon so we'll know for sure then.

Not many will agree with me but i would like him to get with the obbligation so he will stay next season and not risk to end like Rafina or Cancelo.

Say what? The loan + option bit is the best thing about this transfer. That way we don't have to buy Keita if he creates trouble, or if we cannot afford to. If Rafinha and Cancelo came with an obligation, we may have had to sell Icardi or Skriniar for FFP, and/or not buy Nainggolan & Martinez. Why would you prefer something like that?

With recent squad, 5 player Icardi, Lautaro, Perisic, Politano and Keita is more than enough to fill our attack. And think they really gonna left out Karamoh to made a room for either Gagliardini or Dalbert for tactical purpose.
