You know what? I'm so glad Siena beat Milan today, not only because it pushes Milan's championship challenge down a notch but it also means we can now beat Juventus without fear of Milan overtaking them. So let's do it! ;)

Ciao,
Tim

Same here. I will be happy without worrying that Mulan will go on top. Perfect....whats strange is that for the first time in many years the whole city of Milano will root for Inter!

It would've been great if he took of his Siana jersey to reveal an Inter one after the goal. :)

My team would be:

Toldo
Zanetti Cordoba Mihajlovic Coco
Ze Maria Veron Cambiasso Meyde
Vieri Martins

Note: Stan, Adriano and Burdisso are injured.

I have confidence in Veron and Cambiasso in midfield because Ze Maria is a defender too, and he can easily take on Nedved in the midfield battle because Ze has played defence too.

Guess who will be clattered inside the box now.

My bet is on Martins. Clattered by Zebina. ;)

This is ridiculous. How many matches is this now that De Santis has taken charge of a Deby d'Italia? De Santis overall is pro-Juve and anti-Inter.

De Santis, huh? They sure want those 3 points then. Maybe the ultras should take some flares to Torino as well... :D

 Emre is back.

EMRE, STANKOVIC BACK WITH SQUAD
Monday, 18 April 2005 12:35:04

[FOTO Monday, 18 April 2005 12:35:04] APPIANO GENTILE - After Sunday's victory over Cagliari the Nerazzurri were back at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre today for a morning training session. The players were split into two groups, with a light session for those who played in yesterday's match, and warm-up, rapidity and tactical exercises for the others, who also played a practice match.

Emre Belozoglu and Dejan Stankovic did the entire session with the squad and both scored in the training match. The Serb-Montenegrin midfielder grabbed a hat-trick, while the Turk scored one. Also on target were Giorgos Karagounis (2), Christian Vieri (2) and Dino Marino.

The four injured Nerazzurri worked individually. Andy van der Meyde and Marco Materazzi had therapy, while Adriano trained in the gym and did some cycling. Alvaro Recoba did strength-building and other exercises in the gym.

So looks like that Andy, Adriano and Matrix are surely going to miss this match.

They are trying to force our hand. The Gobbi know full well how emotionally charged the fans are and having De Santis as the referee makes for an all the more dramatic encounter.

Actually, it shouldn't have been so much of a surprise. Juventus are scared shitless about the threat from Milan and have probably decided to do something about it. And with their favorite victim nonetheless!

Ciao,
Tim
