Candreva is the only realistic option, IMO. Being co-owned means we have to convince two clubs to sell which could be tough. I support a push for Modric.
I'm not worried about Cesar, that pitch was wet and slippery and he had a RARE off game...so what. Juventus were fuckin lucky, the 1st goal was pure luck and the 2nd was a keeper mistake. No worries.
I loved the style of play today. If anyone thought todays game was not entertaining they should stop watching Serie A.
Juve had the pressure on them for a result, and that may have showed itself, but Inter fought hard.
JC was disappointing, but not awful. On the first goal he looked very clumsy but sometimes you just don't get the bounce, that ball took at least three deflections on its way in. And the Marchisio goal was pure class, in my opinion. One of the best finishes under pressure I have ever seen live [edit: live, on TV, that is].
how am i a racist ???? jewish is a religion not a race
I can't agree with you regarding the style of play today. I thought the match was poor and I love Serie A football to the point where I watch very few games from any other country as most of them look messy to me. Inter were really impotent for most of the game and Juventus weren't that special either. There have been many better matches this season and there will be many more. I know bias clouds judgement particularly when the match ends in a painful defeat but I truly didn't think the game was anything more than average and as I said I am a Serie A-devotee to the point where I do not watch very much football at all from other countries.
EDIT: It would be interesting to see the "Giustizio" from Gazzetta tomorrow if anyone is able to post it to see whether they thought it was good or poor.
.Turin - The Juventus fans were speaking. Chanting against Balotelli and they did. Singing while filling up the stadium, 3 or 4 times in the first half and again in second, until we lost count. The game continued as if nothing had happened, as if there was an agreement with the ultras. No one could do anything not even the P.A. through the speaker, just like in Juve-Udinese. Only on the scoreboard appeared the words "fair play", without "please". A deserved one-match ban a year ago apparently for the same chants didn't teach them anything, and the 20,000 euros fine this past week from the sporting Judge with the justification that "if you jump, Balotelli dies" is not racist. Unheeded from the letter written the last couple days from the president Blanc to the fans.
Provocation But now the feeling goes beyond racism. It's the game, provocation, a tug of war between some of the supporters of Juve and the rest of the world, including some groups that they have no relationship with. The provocation began two hours before the match, when the Pullman (Inter's bus?) arrived at the Olimpico with great security but they have to face eggs and insults against Inter. But as soon as you turn on the spotlight of a camera, a small crowd on the street started jumping up and down in rhythm with offensive chants but they seemed like they were proud to be filmed. The sound system at the stadium was exploded to the extreme in an attempt to cover the voice of the fans.
