Good news! He was actually really good at Parma and in my opinion its a good thing that we give him a chance after his heart problems! If he can regain his form, he will be a good rotation player and his pace could be very useful, he wont cost much salary tho.

As Opeum said, fucken genius. Mancini uses this 25 player squad limit as an excuse to hide behind and validate his abysmally inexplicable attempt to offload Shaqiri, then we go fill one of those supposedly highly contentious, limited places with a C-grade player with a heart condition. Fucking spastic.
