Is there any option to dislike a post? I rated you so highly before this post.

Don't get me wrong, I liked Materazzi, but Samuel was one of the best centre backs on the planet for us.

Materazzi was an asshole on the pitch and is off it... Only liked by Interisti and not all of us... His greatest skill was butchering and provocating people... More suited to Rube's style tbh

Thing is, Materazzi was the example of taking the law into one's own hands. If Rube buy ref's we don't have more option to destroy they're player legs.

His preferred target was Shevchenko of course.

I don't approve of brutality, diving, cheating no matter the circumstances
Be like JZ and dribble the shit out of your opponent not break his legs.

I had my leg broken by a complete psycho so... Experience

Materazzi, Pepe, Ramos, Gattuso, De Jong, Van Bommel
List of most notorious turds
Luckily there are less and less of such players

One of the reason why I never really liked Materazzi.

Samuel >>> Materazzi, easily. Even tho he is an Interista, that means nothing for me in this case. If we hate Busquets for what he did against Inter, Materazzi was just as dirty...

Any player who goes out of his way to injure opposing players is a piece of shit. Fans in general like these types of players because they will "die for the team / coach / fans" etc but to the extent of harming player is just absurd, i am not surprised though if you are earning that much money you wanna prove your worth at any cost.

To be fair though a lot of players grow up playing that way and u see that in lots of friendly matches and people playing with friends, just crazy tackling and fighting going and just dirty shit.

The Pepe one was insane though, because he kicks Casquero, then goes to him to as if he is concerned then proceeds to fight with the other Getafe players.

Joao Cancelo: “Inter Will Contend For The Serie A Title, They’re A Really Strong Team”

Former Inter and current Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo has admitted he believes his former employers have what it takes to fight it out for the Serie A title this season.

“I am still getting to grips with the Premier League but I am happy to have played in Serie A with two very strong teams,” he remarked in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

“I think Inter will contend for the Scudetto. Yesterday they won against Sassuolo, I watched it on television and Inter are a really strong team. Juventus are Juventus and they will fight for the title until the end.”

The Portuguese international, who spent a season with each of Inter and Juventus, then spoke on City’s next opponents in the Champions League, Atalanta.

“Atalanta are one of the best teams in Italy. They are very physical and technically good too with very good players. Tomorrow will be a spectacular match.”

He is not playing regularly at City; any chance we could make a loan+option to buy kind of deal? I know he isn’t the best defender but in a 3 man defense he should have less defending duties which makes him perfect for us.

Fucking Juve! According to transfermarkt they bought him for 40.4 million and sold him a year later for 65 million!

Only on paper. In reality they sold him for 28m plus Danilo which isn't a great deal in my opinion.

I would love Cancelo back at Inter but right now he looks like a luxury considering our lack of depth in midfield and attack. We should have other priorities in January.

it's a good deal for them once you also take into the account the new tax laws which mean they'll be paying Danilo far less in gross wages

on the other side they cannot sell Danilo in the near future, because they will get capital loss. He costed about 30 million euro, so they need to receive huge offer to offload him.
Increasing the real value of the player is valid only for young players, in case of old men like Danilo it makes a lot of problems for the club. I guess Juventus will deal with Danilo until his contract expires.
