If you didn't read it, then how could you be sure that you'd actually have something to rebutt? Please think carefully before you comment.catanha said:if you didnt' write an essay there scutzon, I'd actually read it and give a rebuttal, but you've waffled on too much.

your two best players are Italian anyways
So you think Australia was owning Italy? How? By having more of the ball? Now that's what I call rubbish. FYI, Italy had more shots on target and more total shots than Australia. After Materazzi was sent off, Australia had 5 shots, and all of them were off target. Owning? Sure...catanha said:ohh I dunno, the fact that one line said something about Australian's overreacting and not owning Italia, thus coming to the conclusion that the rest of your post was absolute rubbish and filth.
ps. anyone seen the picture of Gattuso after Totti's penalty? He ran not to Totti, not to Lippi, but ran right up to Hiddink and celebrated infront of Hiddkin.
real classy

catanha said:and stop talking cr@p, you act as if none of us watched the match, Chipperfield had a shot on target, which was a good save by Buffon.
Cahill missed a free header in the box (very unlike him, those who know him know he is just about the best aerial threat in the team) and a handball by Zambrotta wasn't given (just as 50/50 as Grosso's penalty)...

Alot like Vieri, not the type you want to start when you absoutely have to win!
Katiey86 said:Now Helal I see what u mean about the non Italian thing - here we've got people from random countries who as far as I know are 100% non-Italian being totally biased/blind/whatever u want to call it. That sorta shit cracks me up!!
And no I don't mean Fabio/Mike/Marcello/Gaetan/Roberto... These guys know who they are

I have already explained how Zambrotta's situation was different to Grosso's, but anyway, Zambrotta's handball isn't as dubious as Grosso's, it didn't look as if he had intention of using his hands to touch the ball. Not to mention, I couldn't actually see his hands because they were at the back! All I saw was the ball fell onto his leg, atleast from the angle I watched.catanha said:I'm not making a fuss about Zambrotta's handball, I just said that if Italia can get a penalty as dubious as Grosso's, then the Zambrotta handball should be raised.
I never said Australia did anything with the ball either, thats why I said we dominated Italy, never took advantage of anything though.
My bad. I forgot to count that one in.catanha said:Chipperfield had a shot on target, which was a good save by Buffon.
scutzon said:And regarding the Zambrotta handball, I'm quite certain that it wasn't intentional since he had his hands almost behind his back.
