Dybala has been invisible every time I've seen him. He's still very young but the comparison to Aguero was ridiculous. Then again, that comparison was made by Zamparini. Not exactly a mentally stable individual.

De Sanctis: Juve must admit luck
Thursday October 16 2014
Morgan De Sanctis has criticised Juventus for how they have handled Week 6’s win over Roma, saying they would be better off admitting they were lucky.

The Bianconeri ran out 3-2 winners in the last round of League action against the Giallorossi, with most of the discussion since dominated by the split between the two clubs over the decisions of referee Gianluca Rocchi.

UEFA President Michel Platini looked this week to put the controversy to one side, but De Sanctis is not convinced.

“He has too narrow a view, he was only a Juventus player,” the 37-year-old has responded to the Gazzetta dello Sport today.

“I hope he used irony, as he has said he did not watch the game. But as UEFA President it is not appropriate for him to talk about it.

“I am just saying that the winners had to tone it down and instead it was the opposite. I say that what we are discussing is not negative. Football thrives on controversy and drama.

“With 20 years of football behind him, Totti has done well to speak after the match. You have to know how to lose, but it is hard to accept certain decisions because you have the feeling of having not played on an equal footing.

“And Buffon would say you also need to know how to lose? Gigi and I are old and perhaps we are losing our memory.

“Then in his career he has had many more successes than disappointments. The players of Juve are wrong to feel persecuted. They are equal to the others and behave in the same way. The only difference is that in Italy they win often.

“How do they say it in Turin? ‘Winning is not important, it is the only thing that counts’. They should add: ‘And we do not care how’.

“I do not speak of theft, I mean that they should admit they were lucky and not hide behind the argument of the siege. I can teach Gigi how to lose, but one day I hope to also be able to teach him how to win.

“It is absurd that four-five Juventus players should go protest to Rocchi, who is very good. It is a situation developed for use in moments of indecision.”

De Sanctis was asked what he thought in 1997-98 when Juventus won the League in part thanks to controversy over Ronaldo not being awarded a last day penalty for Inter.

“That psychological slavery exists. At Udinese I had to accept that things will not always occur but that they do not surprise you. At Napoli and Roma this has occurred less.

“Juve need to make a general assessment - all that they have won in Italian football is not proportional to what they have won abroad. And that is something that makes you think…”

The goalkeeper, who also backed the introduction of video replays to assist ‘the most difficult job’ of the referee, also reflected on the remainder of the season.

“The Scudetto will be won by the strongest and Juve and us are the strongest, but in Turin we proved to be better than them.

“For the Champions League we will do everything possible, but the race is to the title.

“Look, I do not want to finish second, but to win. We can do it, and we understand that from their reactions.”

Wow, De Sanctis just rip Juve a new one :notbad:

I read that interview and kudos to De Sanctis, not only speaking his mind about football with La Gazzetta but also using that momentum to shed light on the gay footballers and society's ignorance and intolerance.

It's fucking hilarious when Milan in 13th place makes it out of the group stages in a group just as hard if not harder than Rube who is 1st in the league.

This is simply legendary.

Ive been pressing on the "assessment" part for years, glad someone else is having the same thoughts.

Anyway, I`ve been watching Roma-chievo`s first half, what a fantastic team Roma has, they know what they are doing, how to defend and how to attack, how to pass the ball around smoothly, Totti is simply magic, Destro that we threw away and letting Maicon go the way bilan let Pirlo go, we thought he is finished and he is shit let`s sell him :pajo: and now he owns the right flank whenever I see him play. reminds me when Samuel had a stint at Real to get back to Serie A with us to repeat his glory days he had with Roma, what goes around comes around I guess.

But then I watch Inter and it`s like watching a completely different sport, an utterly boring one :palm:

Maicon sale was still the right choice in fairness, he needed to be motivated. Considering he would not be motivated by sitting around Inter collecting an easy paycheck with a revolving door of coaches then selling him was best for both Inter and Maicon. Considering Roma are Scudetto contenders it's not even biting us that hard in the ass that he's playing well for Roma.

Gotta love Sassuolo, always making life hard for our rivals while fucking up against us. 1-1 now against Juve but lets not get our hopes up.

FIGC tries to set example for other refs by banning Rocchi for his pro-Rube refereeing.

Next game Juventus drop points for the first time this season

Lol, look at my status on FB:

"So... Rocchi gets suspended.. FIGC claims there's no conspiracy in Serie A whatsoever. And in the same time JuBe loses points against possibly the worst team in Seire A. Coincidence?"

Juventus are a group of cheating cunts and calciopoli was completely justified. but lets be fair...

They've come runnersup in the final of the European Cup 5 times, aside from their 2 wins, so that shit about them not being able to carry over their success in Italy to Europe is just wrong. In the 80s they were the best team in Europe.

If anyone thinks they werent the best team in the league last season, cheating aside, that they werent the best team in the league for the vast majority of their Serie A wins in the last 20-30 years, or that they are as good as sassuolo right now without the help of the referees, they are mistaken.

Problem is rube fans take that out of context as justification for cheating - eg. we deserved to win it, so it doesnt matter if we cheated or not. ridiculous shit.
