I think front line should be Insigne - Immobile - Cerci
Insigne - Immobile duo (backed by Verrati) from Zeman days, and Cerci-Immobile from Torino. There is plenty of chemistry there.
Italy need to experiment with new forwards, there is nothing to lose, while keeping same midfield and defence.
That's far too attacking oriented of a formation when you consider that Pirlo and Marchisio aren't exactly defensive stars, and both are expected to start. That might be the formation you try to use to break down Costa Rica with, but against England's speedy wingers it's a death trap.
