Its funny how people are praising Italy more when they lose 4-0 than when they win.

They are not praising them for their performance in the final, they are praising them for their performance in the tournament as whole. They deserve the praise, no one thought they would be even close to the final especially when they had to play the "unbeatable" Germany. They played a better team in the final and luck was definitely not on their side, so it ended in a lopsided result. Does not take away from how well they performed this tournament.

You missed the point. I didn't say they didn't deserve the praise but rather that when they win 1-0 everybody talks about the anti-football now they lose and people are saying how well they played thats all I meant.

So, if Jube really do boycott the NT, the starting XI would be this I assume?

Sirigu
Abate Ranocchia Ogbonna Balzaretti
De Rossi Motta Nocerino
Diamanti
Balotelli Cassano

Was unsure on the midfield, and also not sure the status of Criscito and if he would replace Balzaretti.

Are they really thinking about boycotting the NT? That's... pathetic.

It's just whispers right now, nothing public. Would be kind of hilarious, especially if Italy still ran the table through WC qualifiers.

LOL?! Boycotting NT?! But, but, but their players/coach are guilty and deserve their punishment don't they? JuBe logic strikes again.

They are not boycotting anything. Italy can call whomever they want when its a Fifa date so....Besides thats blackmail so they can do nothing. RuBe are a piece of garbage club and will continue to be.

Wait wha'?

They wanna boycott the NT because of the betting scandal?

I don't give much fucks about Italy, or any other NT for that matter, but even the consideration of abandoning your national team means you should be fucking banned for life from representing your country.

With Poli, Aquilani, Montolivo, Destro, and Maggio on the list.. (any of them being accussed?)

Italy would have better chances to win something than playing those jube cunts tbh.

Ranocchia is the only one being accused. And there's no way Italy is better without Buffon, Pirlo, and Chiellini tbh

Chiellini was the main reason why Italy lost Euro Final. I can agree about Pirlo, but Buffon is now not indispensible tbh.

His mistake lead to the first goal. He made couple errors too in the game. Not like he is responsible solely.

He came off when it was only 1-0. The main reason Italy lost was because Spain were amazing, nothing to do with Italy really.

And because of injuries, and because they played most of the second half with 10 men through no fault of their own... Unless you're blaming Chiellini for getting injured.

Haven't seen England's squad list yet, but appears Prandelli wants this game to be purely experimental. I'm okay with that, curious to see what kind of formation he goes with
