I might as well ask... how do I pronounce your name if I wanted to say it? Is it supposed to be said fast?

Maybe he meant Data digged yo anal, as in he was really into the analraping you gave him.

Han ---> A as in alpha not hand
Do ---> O as in golf not Dino
Yo ---> O as in golf not Dino

Well yea you're supposed to pronounce it in one go but I've been called just "Han" or "Do" or "Yo"

Scumbag parents tbh for this name

I hate my name too but mostly because there's several ways to spell it and most people end up choosing the wrong spelling the first time :palm:

Try having 2 birth certificates with different translations of your name XD There's also something about all Sicilians having far too many names, they never fit on a form :\

I still have people who call me Anna or pronounce Ana differently and I usually want to shoot them.

Lol thisss. Stupid long names (though only my first name is different on my Italian form). I actually prefer it also, but I'd never get used to it at this point in my life. Think thats a small part why I prefer Ana. Works in so many lingue

I can see spelling it with two N's, but how do you mispronounce it?

My fav for me was by a barista on a coffee cup for my order: "Lynsie". I mean who thinks of that spelling first? I've never even seen anyone with my name spell it that way.

Haha the 2 n's only bother me when it's like.. fb or something and my name is RIGHT THERE. :palm: starbucks or such, I've gotten used to saying "Ana, one 'n'"

And, haha, it's weird, idk... it something about the first "a", the difference of "aww" or "ann" or "ahh" [it's really neither definitively but closer to the latter...] and it's only really said properly by those who can pronounce my first name correctly. Which is a challenge in itself

Also... the American pronunciation of Irene  oh man. So weird. Makes me hate that name also XD EYE-reen
eh-ree-neh, kthx

hahah I have a good friend named Irene (of course pronounced "EYE-reen") so I always tend to read it that way first, I figured your way was pronounced the other way though... when we took Spanish class our teacher would always pronounce it "eh-ree-neh" and confused the fuck out of her

Lohan? :megusta:

Yeah, right? I mean with everyone knowing who she is I figured they'd spell my name her way too (which is correct), but I still see rather creative spellings constantly

You girls have no right to complain about name pronunciation until you've been called Hand-o-yo
