Well yea you're supposed to pronounce it in one go but I've been called just "Han" or "Do" or "Yo" okerface:

I tried saying it really fast.... but I had issue pronouncing it. My tongue felt kind of long afterwards. I can see why you're called "Han" now which would make it easier for me.
