Because, believe it or not, most people want to run viable football clubs. They dont want to 250m a year from their own money. They WANT the principles of FPP to make them viable.

Plus, going to the Chinese League, you probably dont have as much protection as a player as you would in Europe. For example, does the Bosman ruling apply to China? Is if FIFA precedent or just UEFA?

Moreover, he spoke about the deal on the whole which appears close to conclusion: Have the signatures with Suning been signed? I think so. The intention is to close the deal.

A little harsh imo. He got us out of dog shit and onto a path to sustainability. I'm more skeptical of the megarich new owner who might run us into the ground with the temptation to stupidly splash the cash.
