Not sure about this Milito guy, 30 year old from Genoa? Never played in a big club? Sounds like a scrub.

I know it's not the place to talk about this, but... Milito was great wherever he played, Zapata was a bench warmer until recently.

Zapata had 1-2 great seasons for a very well oiled side and that's it. Not doubting him, I kinda like him, but as a 3rd choice striker.


The guys you could compare the Milito situation (but not player) with are people like Wissam Ben Yedder or Bas Dost (till he was 30). Or perhaps a case like Artem Dzyuba.

There's far less quality strikers in the last 15 years since teams played with just 1 up front, so it's harder to find ones that can be considered good enough. But strikers always perform better in 2 man systems rather than as lone strikers, as long as the team can still tick.

Yea agree about rocchi, i dont know why lazio keep this kind of player, he not good and old, , he probably end his career in 3 years from now in some small team..
