Who has been better for Inter news this season, Di Marzio or Pedulla?

Di Marzio by default.

Pedulla has to show his commitment to credibility and prove he has good connections for a sustained period before they can be considered on the same level. Just a few good reports from Pedulla won't be enough to upgrade his credibility, and a few missteps from Di Marzio won't be enough to hurt his reputation.

Different type. Both were credible.

I'm more surprised that Schira got almost everything right.

There isn't much difference (with the exception of Thuram where Di Marzio totally missed it) as we're pretty open about our targets so they both report the same. But Di Marzio is a better source for Inter this summer as he has more detailed info and he's usually the first to report it. He has very good info about targets, about meetings, about the progress of each negotiation.

For those in the know - who is "Moretto"? I see updates come across from a Moretto but they are not listed on the main page of this thread. Are they reliable?

Also, Guarro seems to post a lot of Inter-related news, but is listed as Tier 3. Not the best source in that case?

Moretto is a reporter for relevo, a spanish sports site, but I guess he is the Italian guy, at least it seems so.

Tiers are whatever anyway, cause sometimes even CDS and GDS are right. Anyway, Di marzio and Romano are top tier and Pedulla is right behind, or even on their level... Others are just there trying to get something right.

Moretto is Di Marzio's link is Spain. And yeah. He's pretty reliable. He mostly reports about Spanish teams but he has been very active in the Italian market recently so i will add him.

As for Guarro, he is an Inter journalist. Till recently he was mostly reporting bs but in the last two years he has got some things right so his reports aren't to be completely dismissed. I think Tier 3 is fair for him.

Pedulla was the 1st to report the Samardzic deal as well.
His problem is that Sportitalia seems like a regional channel when compared to Sky Sport 24 in terms of quality of picture, program, journalists etc . hence people will always choose to watch Sky vs SportItalia and hence get the news from Di Marzio first

Guarro was the first to report our interest iirc. Late June. That's when we started negotiations.

Romano is becoming just the copy paste guy with adding a picture.

It seems that Sky/Di Marzio has gotten quite a few things wrong this transfer window? I believe Di Marzio mentioned we were about to close operation for Scamacca with offering 25M+5M, but it seems we never actually made an offer that high. The Samardzic saga as well has been all over the place.

They also said we would not sign a defender and would use Augusto for two positions, but now it seems they are saying we will definitely get a defender. I know things can change quickly during a mercato, but it seems they are all over the place and guessing.

Vitiello seems to be good, although I'm not sure if he's part of Sky. Also Guarro and Biasin seem to be the most reliable.

It was hilarious when Di Marzio was providing an update on Samardzic every 10 minutes. Deal is off. No, deal is back on. Samardzic is going back to Udine. No, Samardzic is staying in his hotel at Milano. He got embarrassed in his attempt to cover the saga. Also Sky don't seem to know our strategy so they just try to cover their asses mentioning all possible scenarios and recycling old rumours.

Vitiello is just FCInter1908 director. Nothing to do with Sky. And yeah. They have been a decent source this summer.

Guarro has also been decent this season. And Biasin has always been the most reliable as he takes info straight from Marotta and Ausilio. He's basically our "court" reporter.

Not really, more like because he worked for fcinternews and his first big scoop was Icardi to Inter, he stated many times he chose Watford because of CM/FM, I think we discussed it before?
