yeah..JZ would rape Lennon if he plays as a LB..but it would be a tough job for Chivu cause he is a CB and slow for a LB.

why not play santon he's fast enough (not like lennon) and have good positioning. look at krasic in the 2nd half vs inter with santon there he's not that dangerous anymore

If Chivu starts at LB I'm going to close my eyes when Lennon/Bale comes 1 on 1 with him. He really can't deal with pacy players this season (I remember him shutting out messi once though, last season), at lest at the LB position.

Santon must start as LB. Chivu is too slow and lazy for that position in Champions League. Serie A is much slower than the CL, so it's easier for him, and when it's not easy against Cagliari, then it wont be easy against Tottenham. Easy conclusion.

Santon or Il Capitano as LB. Depends on Motta, and his form. I wouldnät start him yet though.

It will be very tough against Spurs, but if we get three points, then it's good! 7 points, and lonely leaders of the group, and almost certain to qualify for the next round.

Excuse me, but I really don't think we are going to play as that, we are playing at home, that's an almost completely defensive minded formation
Most probable thing is Biabiany and Cou will start again, and Biabiany will have a lot of space to run, as this is a PL opponent, defenses aren't as shutted down as in Italy

Also, I guess we will see Capitano from the start but as a LB, the thing is, it depends of Cambiasso, if he plays, then Capitano should be LB, if not he should be on the midfield

If Chivu starts im gunna be pissed im sick of seeing Chivu play. Santon does much better in his limited minutes than Chivu does his whole game.

I'm very excited of this match. In this one I don't care how we play as long as we win.

Hopefully our wingers have a little more room in this one, specially Biabiany so that he can use his qualities. In Serie A matches, too many times Biabiany is almost irrelevant because the defences can shut him down.

I wrote wrongly offensive players compared to Eto'o and Sneijder,but they are offensive midfielders that usually can contribute in the attack as you said.
In this particular moment I don't see Coutinho and Biabiany ready for match like this with high intensity,insisting on them could be good to find more confidence match by match but could be also a mistake,so only Rafa knows if this is the case to risk or not.

Looks nice but what about move Santon to LB, send Chivu to the bench & through in COutinho to the mix? In any case, I think Milito will be back & I bet you, Rafa will send Eto'o to the right (to deal with Speedy Gonzalez-Bale & Assou on that wing) & make Milito the cf....
